May 29, 2020 Why Invest In CCW? OUR PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. Canada Silver Cobalt (TSXV: CCW; OTC: CCWOF) has excelled in the Northern Ontario Silver-Cobalt Camp due to the deep decades-long district experience of many individuals on our team, from management to geological consultants such as Doug Robinson whose knowledge of the Nipissing diabase is unparalleled. This is the district that gave birth last century to Agnico Eagle, and many of our people honed their skills with Agnico and learned from legendary CEO Paul Penna how to succeed in this unique and prolific region. May 29, 2020 FOCUSSED ON CREATING SHAREHOLDER VALUE. CCW has been the best-performing stock in the entire Northern Ontario Silver-Cobalt Camp since the district reawakened in 2016 (stock price gain since that time has been 1,040%). CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE. CCW has been one of the few stocks on the Venture Exchange that has posted significant annual share price gains in each of the past three years. • Vertically integrated leader of Canada’s Silver-Cobalt heartland • Spectacular Silver grades in grassroots discovery at Castle East • Maiden Inferred resource for early stage Castle East Robinson Zone • Ready to capitalize on a long-term Silver and Gold bull market • Aggressive Phase 2 drilling (now underway) to build out maiden Inferred resource at Castle East (notably, zones 1A and 1B of Robinson Zone feature an average Silver grade of 8,582 g/t (250.2 oz/ton) in a combined 27,400 tonnes of material for a total of 7.56 million ounces using a cut-off grade of 258 g/t AgEq (refer to May 28, 2020, news release - mineral resources which are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability); . CCW owns the only facility in the Northern Ontario Silver-Cobalt Camp (Temiskaming Testing Laboratories) that combines bullion pouring, bulk sampling, commercial assaying and e-waste processing - multiple potential revenue streams beginning in 2020; CCW is the Northern Ontario Silver-Cobalt District High-Grade and Technology Leader! May 29, 2020 Location, Location, Location! . CCW owns the past producing Castle mine and the largest land package of any publicly traded company in the broader Gowganda Silver Camp where historical production comprising very high- grade Silver was approximately 70 million ounces. The 78 sq. km Castle Property occupies a rich slice of Abitibi Greenstone Belt – the Castle Property is 15 km east of Pan American Silver’s Juby gold deposit, 30 km due south of Alamos Gold’s Young-Davidson mine, 75 km southwest of Kirkland Lake Gold’s Macassa Complex, and 100 km southeast of new gold discoveries in the Timmins West area; . Most of the Gowganda Camp has been under-explored, as demonstrated by CCW’s Castle East discovery, suggesting only the “low hanging fruit” was picked - much more Silver at top tier grades may exist at modestly deeper levels within the Nipissing diabase. The Nipissing diabase, the primary host of very high-grade Silver mineralization in the Gowganda Camp, is now known to thicken in a higher temperature system at Castle East. Total volume of the diabase at Castle East is estimated to range from 970 million to 1.45 billion cubic meters, vs. an estimated 69 million cubic meters for the Castle mine. The extent of actual mineralized diabase at Castle East is still unknown, and it is too early in the exploration stage to determine potential quantity and grade of the broader Castle East exploration target. May 29, 2020 . Castle mine in the heart of the past producing Gowganda Camp is the only permitted and active underground asset in the entire Northern Ontario Silver-Cobalt Camp. The refurbished first level of Castle (there are 11 levels in total) extends 365 meters east-west and 360 meters north-south, and the shaft remains in excellent condition. Strong potential exists for the discovery of new zones while the company is also focused on the mine’s Silver-rich historic tailings; . Castle was mined intermittently throughout the last century for its exceptionally high-grade Silver; mining operations ended around 1990 due to a collapse in Silver prices; . CCW drilling from the first level of the Castle mine has returned impressive high-grade Silver, cobalt, nickel and gold grades, demonstrating its polymetallic nature and that much may have been left behind after the latest cycle of mining ended four decades ago; • Through its proprietary and very adaptable Re-2OX Process, CCW was the first junior in North America to produce a battery grade cobalt sulphate product (22.6% cobalt hexahydrate) from its own mineralized mine material. CCW now has “proof of concept” for an environmentally green process that efficiently recovers cobalt and other metals while successfully removing arsenic. The Re-2OX Process is scalable and this project will benefit from being hosted at the company’s newly-acquired TTL lab/processing facility in the town of Cobalt; • CCW’s Beaver mine on patented ground near the town of Cobalt, a short distance from the company’s TTL facility, was a significant past producer and will be advanced during 2020.
