PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA NOMOR 01 TAHUN 2013 TENTANG RENCANA TATA RUANG WILAYAH KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA TAHUN 2013-2033 DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA BUPATI MINAHASA UTARA, Menimbang : a. bahwa untuk mengarahkan pembangunan di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dengan memanfaatkan ruang wilayah secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna, serasi, selaras, seimbang dan berkelanjutan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berkeadilan dan memelihara ketahanan nasional, perlu disusun Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten; b. bahwa dalam rangka mewujudkan keterpaduan pembangunan antar sektor, daerah dan masyarakat, maka Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara merupakan arahan lokasi dan fungsi ruang untuk investasi pembangunan yang akan dilaksanakan pemerintah, masyarakat dan dunia usaha; c. bahwa dengan ditetapkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 tentang Penataan Ruang dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 26 Tahun 2008 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Nasional, maka perlu penjabaran ke dalam Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten; dan d. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a, b, dan c perlu menetapkan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dengan Peraturan Daerah. Mengingat : 1. Pasal 18 ayat (6) Undang – Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 perubahan kedua; 2. Undang – Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2003 tentang Pembentukan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2003 Nomor 148, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4343); 3. Undang – Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2004 Nomor 125, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4437) sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Undang- Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2008 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2008 Nomor 59, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4844); 4. -

Adapun cita-cita menulis buku ini, telah lama kami canangkan, sekitar tahun 2005 yang lalu. Namun karena sulitnya mengumpulkan materi-materi yang akan diajangkau, yakni begitu ekstensif dan luasnya bahan yang mesti dicapai, juga materi yang dikaji di bidang kesenian meliputi seni-seni: musik, tari, teater baik yang tradisional. Sementara latar belakang keilmuan kami pun, baik di strata satu dan dua, umumnya adalah terkonsentasi di bidang etnomusikologi dan kajian seni pertunjukan yang juga dengan minat utama musik etnik. Hanya seorang saja yang berlatar belakang akademik antropologi tari. Selain itu, tim kami ini ada dua orang yang berlatar belakang pendidikan strata dua antropologi dan sosiologi. Oleh karenanya latar belakang keilmuan ini, sangat mewarnai apa yang kami tulis dalam buku ini. Adapun materi dalam buku ini memuat tentang konsep apa itu masyarakat, kesenian, dan Indonesia—serta terminologi-terminologi yang berkaitan dengannya seperti: kebudayaan, pranata sosial, dan kelompok sosial. -

Geography The Province of North Sulawesi is located in Northern Peninsula of Sulawesi Island, and constitutes one of the three (3) Provinces in Indonesia which located in Northern part of Khatulistiwa Line (equator line), Two other Provinces are; South Sulawesi Province and Aceh Province. CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 General Overview of Research Object 1.1.1 Light Rail Transit Figure 1.1 LRT Source : www.kabar3.com The Palembang Light Rail Transit (Palembang LRT) is an operational light rail transit system in Palembang, Indonesia which connects Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport and Jakabaring Sports City. Starting construction in 2015, the project was built to facilitate the 2018 Asian Games and was completed in mid-2018, just a few months before the event. Costing Rp 10.9 trillion for construction, the system is the first operational light rail transit system in Indonesia, and utilizes trains made by local manufacturer PT.INKA. The system's only line has a total of 13 stations (6 operational). As Palembang was to host the 2018 Asian Games, the project was pushed to be completed before the event began. Groundbreaking for the project occurred on 1 November 2015, with state-owned company Waskita Karya being appointed as the primary contractor following the issuance of Presidential Regulation 116 of 2015 on Acceleration of Railway Train Operation in South Sumatera Province. The contract, which was signed in February 2017, was initially valued at Rp 12.5 trillion. Construction was scheduled for completion in February 2018, with commercial service beginning in May 2018. However, the completion date was moved to June 2018 with operations beginning in July, only one month before the Asian Games. A test run was done on 22 May 2018 and was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on 15 July 2018. Operations for the LRT started on 1 August, several days before the Jakarta LRT began running, making it the first operational LRT system in the country. -

Moniaga3 1Mahasiswa S1 Program Studi Perencanaan Wilayah & Kota Universitas Sam Ratulanggi Manado 2 & 3Staf Pengajar Jurusan Arsitektur, Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado Abstrak. Kabupaten Minahasa Utara memiliki posisi Geostrategi yang cukup baik, karena terletak di antara Kota Manado dan Kota Bitung sebagai Pusat Kegiatan Nasional. Sebagai pusat pertumbuhan dan pengembangan wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Airmadidi mengalami perkembangan yang relatif cepat bila dibandingkan dengan daerah - daerah di sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi densitas kepadatan dan pola pergerakan di Kecamatan Airmadidi dan menganalisis densitas kepadatan dan pergerakan harian masyarakat di Kecamatan Airmadidi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kelurahan dengan densitas kepadatan tinggi yaitu Kelurahan Tanggari (120 Jiwa/ha) dan Kelurahan Sampiri (114 Jiwa/ha). Kelurahan dengan kepadatan sedang yaitu Kelurahan Sawangan (75 Jiwa/Ha), Kelurahan Airmadidi Atas (51 Jiwa/Ha), Kelurahan Rap – Rap (54 Jiwa/Ha), Kelurahan Sarongsong Satu (65 Jiwa/Ha) dan Kelurahan Sarongsong Dua (74 Jiwa/Ha). Sedangkan Kelurahan dengan kepadatan rendah Kelurahan Airmadidi Bawah (49 Jiwa/Ha) dan Kelurahan Sukur (25 Jiwa/Ha) sedangkan Pola pergerakan harian masyarakat Kecamatan Airmadidi rata - rata yaitu melakukan perjalanan ke tempat kerja. Lokasi tempat kerja rata – rata radius berada pada Kecamatan Airmadidi namun ada juga yang bekerja di Kota Manado dan Kota Bitung. Tidak hanya bekerja namun masyarakat juga ada yang pergi berbelanja. Lokasi tempat berbelanja yaitu di Pasar yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Sarongsong I. Namun ada 1 desa yang memilih berbelanja di Pasar Tondano dikarenakan lokasi desa yang berjarak ± 12 kilometer dari Pasar Sarongsong I yaitu Desa Tanggari. -

Rilis PUPR #1 15 November 2017 SP.BIRKOM/XI/2017/559 Menteri Basuki Instruksikan Konstruksi Tol Manado-Bitung Dikebut Manado–Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono menginstruksikan agar kontraktor pembangunan Jalan Tol Manado-Bitung sepanjang 39 km menambah peralatan dan tenaga kerja serta memaksimalkan pekerjaan pada lahan yang sudah bebas karena progres pembebasan lahan secara keseluruhan sudah mencapai 75,86 persen. Menurutnya konstruksi ruas tol ini juga dapat selesai lebih cepat mengingat kondisi tanahnya tidak membutuhkan penanganan khusus seperti pada beberapa ruas tol di Trans Sumatera dan Trans Jawa. Tol Manado-Bitung merupakan salah satu proyek strategis nasional (PSN) pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo dan Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla untuk meningkatkan konektivitas sehingga akan menurunkan biaya logistik. Tol ini ditargetkan akan beroperasi pada tahun 2019. Kehadiran Tol Manado-Bitung yang menghubungkan Kota Manado ke Pelabuhan Internasional Bitung sudah sangat ditunggu masyarakat karena lalu lintas di jalan arteri nasional kerap terjadi kemacetan dan rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kemacetan mengakibatkan waktu tempuh meningkat tajam terutama pada jam sibuk. Bila beberapa tahun sebelumnya, waktu tempuh Manado - Bitung dan sebaliknya sekitar 45 menit, namun saat ini membutuhkan waktu sekitar 1-2 jam. "Kehadiran Tol Manado-Bitung meningkatkan kelancaran akses Pelabuhan Internasional Bitung sebagai salah satu pintu ekspor impor bagi kawasan Indonesia bagian timur. Hal ini akan mempersingkat lalu lintas barang dan jasa yang sebelumnya harus melalui Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta. Ini juga akan mendukung perkembangan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Bitung,” kata Menteri Basuki saat melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dimana salah satunya meninjau pembangunan Tol Manado-Bitung, Selasa (14/11/2017). -

Tarore ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how far the limits of city influence on the surrounding area (case study: Manado City, Bitung City, Tomohon City, and Kotamobagu City). The data used in this research is secondary data. The variables measured in this study include population (soul) and distance (km). In this research the analysis used is Breaking Point. The study took place from October to April starting from preparation, data collection, to the production of research results. The location of the research was conducted in Manado City. The results showed that the development of City Region (BWK) of Manado City, Bitung, Tomohon, and Kotamobagu, has different influence limits. BWK Manado City Center has a stronger boundary of influence over Airmadidi, Tondano Utara, Bitung and Amurang areas. BWK Bitung City Center has stronger limits of influence, especially on Kauditan and Airmadidi areas. While the area of Manado has lower influence limits. The limits of influence of BWK Tomohon City Center have a stronger boundary effect on North Tondano and Sonder areas. While the area of Manado has lower influence limits. Similarly, the Influence Limits of BWK Kotamobagu City Center has a stronger influence limit on the Amurang and Tutuyan areas. Then the relationship of the four cities shows that Manado City has more influence than Bitung, Tomohon and Kotamobagu. -

Jakarta 14150 Abstract This paper aimed to find out way millennials could optimize the use of Mass Rapid Transportation in urban areas through social media. It was focused on a social change that could be generated by millennials. Thus, it adopted qualitative method by using survey results from other researchers work related to Mass Rapid Transportation, millennials and social media use. The survey results were analyzed to see the relationship between millennials and social media for optimizing the use Mass Rapid Transportation by urban society. The result showed that the use of Mass Rapid Transportation could be optimized by creating Youthquake 4.0. It is a social change resulted from millennials’ action in changing people perception through social media. This could be done through the most use social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. They have features, such as, captions, pictures, and hashtags that are proven could influence people’s perceptions.
