Lobstermania Insania - Summer of Sweepstakes 2019 OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES 1. Sponsorship. This sweepstakes is sponsored by AWESOME HAND SERVICES, LLC (“AHS”), International Game Technology, PLC (“IGT”), and seventy-three (73) participating AHS Locations listed in Appendix A (each a “Participating AHS Location” and together with AHS and IGT, the “Sponsors”). AHS’s principal place of business is located at 1151 Rohlwing Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois 60008. IGT’s principal place of business is Marble Arch House, 66 Symour Street, Second Floor, London W1H 5BT. The Participating AHS Locations’ principal places of business are also listed in Appendix A (collectively, “Sponsors’ Locations”). 2. Sweepstakes Procedure. Beginning on July 1, 2019, during the Entry Period (as herein defined), Participants may enter the promotion through a Data Form Entry or a Facebook Entry, as set forth below. Each person who enters the promotion via a Data Form Entry or a Facebook Entry is referred to herein as a “Participant”. Each Data Form Entry must include the Participant’s: (a) first and last name, (b) primary telephone number, (c) email address, (d) home address, (e) entry date, (f) date of birth, and (g) entry location (subparts (a) through (g) are herein referred to as the “Required Participant Information”). The Required Participant Information must be accurate and current as of the date of the entry. A Participant is permitted one entry per day per Participating AHS Location via a Data Form Entry. A Participant is permitted one entry per day via Facebook Entry. In the event that a Participant fails to comply with any of the requirements contained in this Section or that are otherwise provided for herein, at the sole determination of the Sponsors, such Participant may be disqualified from the LOBSTERMANIA INSANIA, SUMMER OF SWEEPSTAKES 2019. Moreover, at the sole determination of the Sponsor, all of that Participant’s entries may be deemed null and void, not honored or acknowledged and may be grounds for forfeiture of his/her prizes. DATA FORM ENTRY: Participants may enter the promotion via a Data Form Entry if (a) they find the Hidden Lucky Larry Cutout in any of the Participating AHS Locations’ gaming area and bring the Lucky Larry Cutout to any employee of that location who is currently on duty or (b) by presenting their gaming voucher from any of the Participating AHS Locations’ to any employee of the corresponding location who is currently on duty. The individual will then receive a data form from the employee, on which they will write the Required Participant Information which will be dropped into the ballot box upon completion. Data Form Entries will be accepted during normal business hours of each Participating AHS Location between July 1, 2019, and July 24, 2019 (the “Entry Period”). FACEBOOK ENTRY: Participants may enter the promotion via Facebook Entry if they (a) find the Hidden Lucky Larry Cutout in any of the Participating AHS Locations’ gaming area and message Awesome Hand Gaming a photo of the Participant with the Hidden Lucky Larry Cutout via Facebook Messenger along with the Required Participant Information or (b) message Awesome Hand Gaming a photo of the Participant with their gaming voucher from any of the Participating AHS Locations’ via Facebook Messenger along with the Required Participant Information. Facebook Entries will be accepted during normal business hours of each Participating AHS Location during the Entry Period, and will be combined with the Data Form Entries for purposes of the drawing described below. Any Entry received after business hours will be treated as if received on the next business day. 3. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. FURTHER, A PURCHASE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLAY OF VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT, GOOD OR SERVICE SOLD BY ANY SPONSOR) WILL NOT IMPROVE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. 4. Drawings. The drawing will occur at AHS’s marketing office at 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 (the “Drawing Date”). An employee of the AHS marketing team will conduct the drawing. The first and second Entries drawn at random from the eligible entries on the Drawing Date will win an all-inclusive seven (7) days, eight (8) nights trip for two (2) to Iberostar Bavaro Resort, in Punta Cana and One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) in check form. The third, fourth, and fifth Entries drawn will win a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) Visa Gift Card. Winners need not be present to win, but must be available for contact via phone, email, or Facebook message within 72 hours of the drawing. In the event a winner is not available for contact, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and an alternative winner may be selected by random drawing. 5. Prizes, Prize Values, Odds of Winning and Collecting Prizes. ● By entering this promotion, Participants are eligible to win up to (a) two (2) trips for two (2) to Iberostar Bavaro Resort, in Punta Cana, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per trip, and consisting of the following: (i) round-trip coach class chartered airfare for winner and one (1) guest to Punta Cana (includes one (1) checked bag per traveler) from the airport of their choice; (ii) Seven (7) days/eight (8) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) suite, double occupancy) at Iberostar Bavaro Resort; and (iii) all-inclusive food and drink package, subject to terms and conditions of Iberostar Bavaro Resort, and (b) Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) in the form of a check and/or Visa Gift Card. The total ARV of the prizes is Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($14,500). It is the Participant’s responsibility to read and understand all information, if any, which accompanies any prize concerning use, risks, and maintenance. Prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ● All costs and expenses associated with a Participant’s acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winning Participant. A winning Participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes related to the prize. The value of the prize awarded to the winners will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. A winning Participant may be required to submit his/her social security number or taxpayer ID to Sponsors in order to claim a prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of a Winner for any prize exceeding an ARV of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00). If a winning Participant does not provide his/her social security number or taxpayer ID as requested by Sponsor, then such winning Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the prize and the prize will be forfeited. ● The odds of winning are dependent entirely on the number of entries received during the Entry Period. ● Two (2) Entries will win an all-inclusive seven (7) days, eight (8) nights trip for two (2) to Iberostar Bavaro Resort, in Punta Cana and One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) in check form. Three (3) Entries will win a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) Visa Gift Card. ● The winners of the all-inclusive seven (7) days, eight (8) nights trip for two (2) to Iberostar Bavaro Resort, in Punta Cana and One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) in check form will arrange a date and time to meet within seven (7) business days of the Drawing Date for the Prize and tax information to be collected from the winning Participant. The meeting place will be at the participating AHS location at which they entered or at AHS principal place of business. Failure to meet the representative of AHS at the agreed place/time will result in the prize being forfeited. The winning Participant is responsible for all transportation costs to meet at the agreed pick-up location. Because all prizes must be collected in person, there are no shipping or handling fees associated with collecting the prize. ● The winners of the Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) Visa Gift Card will be contacted via phone, email, or Facebook messenger on the Drawing Date. The prizes will be sent to the winners by U.S. mail within fourteen (14) business days, postage prepaid, after the winner(s) have been notified. If the prize is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited. There are no shipping or handling fees associated with collecting the prize. ● Travel booking must be completed within thirty (30) days of the Drawing Date, no later than September 13th, 2019. Travel must be arranged with Worldwide Traveler and is subject to availability. All travel must be completed within six (6) months of Drawing Date, no later than March 14th, 2019. Winning participants will determine the airline and flight itinerary. ● Once the travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining any identification documents necessary for domestic travel. Travel companions of the Winners must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. ● Sponsors are not responsible for any expense incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations/delays or any acts or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier, hotel or other transportation companies. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Prizes are non- transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize (or a component thereof) should become unavailable for any reason.
