CHECK-IN AND ORIENTATION Check-in for participants will be on Sunday, June 20, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. at the Heritage Central Building. We are scheduling check in by LAST NAME. Please only come during your last name time: A-F: 3:30-4:00 G-N: 4:00-4:30 O-Z: 4:30-5:00 Due to COVID, we are asking that only one parent come with the child who is attending camp, to lower the number of people we have at check-in. The attendee will also be asked if they have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 within the previous 48 hours, have recently been in direct close contact with someone with COVID-19, are waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test they took due to symptoms or recent potential exposure, or are currently required to isolate or quarantine. They must pass this check in to be eligible to attend camp. Temperature checks will be performed as well. If attendee has been vaccinated, we will mark that they have shown us their vaccination record. At check-in you will receive a name badge, a schedule of the camp classes and activities, a T- shirt, and your housing key and information (if you are staying on campus). -

BYU DIVING CAMP 2021 JULY 12-15 **IMPORTANT NOTE** Participants and parents, please check the information packet again one week before camp begins for updates on your camp, particularly for check-in locations and times. You will be required to verify that you have reviewed the BYU COVID-19 Management Policy before checking into camp. Monday, July 12 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Stadium Northeast Entrance at the Marriott Center Lunch will not be provided on Monday. Camp agendas, meal cards, and room assignments will be given out during check-in. Orientation begins at 1:00 p.m. in the Richards Building room 271. Participants staying in campus housing should check in to the residence hall before orientation. Late arrivals should go to the Cannon Center (CANC) front desk to check-in. CHECK-OUT Diving Camp ends at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Campus housing participants should check out with a counselor between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Non-housing participants can be picked up at the Richards Building Pool. Parents: After checkout time, participants will not be required to have special permission to leave campus. Please make arrangements to pick up your young athletes on time. You can pick up your child at the Richards Building at 2:30 p. m. if they do not need to check out of their dorm room. -
