The farmhouse is spread over two floors for a total of about 300 square meters and has been renovated with great skill making the environment pleasant, bright and full of charm, each window has a different panorama, on the ground floor the rooms are spacious and bright. The farmhouse is divided into two apartments, the largest is composed as follows: kitchen with exit to the outside, dining room, a double living room with fireplace and bathroom; upstairs 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The other apartment consists of a dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and its own outdoor area with veranda and a beautiful pergola. The 14x6 meters swimming pool with solarium is in the best possible position, a window on Tuscany. The land inside the property is about 8 hectares with 1,000 olive trees, 260 wood nut plants, fruit trees and shrubs in which there is an annex of 130 square meters. currently used as stables for horses but convertible into an outbuilding and another room for about 100 square meters used as a cellar but also convertible in a living unit. The farmhouse has exposed wooden beams and terracotta flooring but with a contemporary and elegant style.
