San Roque, San Manuel meters below the 280 meters spilling level. Pangasinan NPC San Roque Flood Forecasting and Warning System, Dam Office has issued notices on Dam Discharge warning Operation to concerned LGUs below the San Roque Dam at about 12:42 PM. Gate 2A will be opened 0.50 meters with an estimated discharge of 80 cubic meters per seconds in ancipation of the expected heavy inflow due to tropical storm Quiel . AREA / DATA SOURCE FLOOD MONITORING / SITUATION Agno River Basin Flood Forecasting Flood Bulletin # 7 from ARBFFWC, as of 4:00 AM today, states the following: and Warning Center 1. Floodwater to recide slowly from Allied-Sinocalan; Ingalera and Tagamusing Rivers. Flooding is expected to remain: in the low lying areas of Sta Barbara, Calasiao, Binmaley, Binalonan, Malasiqui and cities of Dagupan and Urtdaneta 2. Slow recession of Allied-Bued, Patalan, Angalacan and Aloragat Rivers. Flooding is expected to Remain; in the low lying areas of Mangaldan, Mapandan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Laoac, Manaoag, Sison and Pozorrubio. 3. Further rise of Agno River and its tributaries thus flooding is expected to occur in the low- lying areas of San Nicolas, San Manuel, Asingan, Tayug, Sta. Maria, Rosales, Villasis, Sto. Tomas, Alcala, Bautista, Bayambang, San Carlos City, Urbiztondo, Mangatarem, Aguilar, Bugallon, Labrador and Lingayen..

Report No. 3 – Population, Land Area, and Population Density is among the series of publications that present the results of the POPCEN 2015. This publication provides information on the population size, land area, and population density by region, province, highly urbanized city, and city/municipality based on the data from population census conducted by the PSA in the years 2000, 2010, and 2015; and data on land area by city/municipality as of December 2013 that was provided by the Land Management Bureau (LMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Also presented in this report is the percent change in the population density over the three census years. The population density shows the relationship of the population to the size of land where the population resides.

Cruz, Zambales - Two (2) were injured, namely: Willjo Balaran, 3 y/o of Lower Kalaklan and Perla Balaran 49 y/o of the same brgy - One (1) missing namely, Asley Dualo Mosallina in Bagong Silang, Balanga City Actions Taken: • Olongapo City CDCC Rescue Team advised the residents to evacuate immediately to safer grounds • All school buildings in Olongapo City are being prepared as evacuation centers. Rice Black Bugs (RBBs) locally known as"Him no atangya" wrought havoc in a number of rice farms in the province of Pangasinan; W HEREAS, RBBs are sap-feeding insects known to suck the plant sap through the stems and nodes near the water surface;1 WHERES, RBBs attack rice plants at almost all of its stages of groulh and could spread to alternate hosts such as corn and weeds; WHEREAS, the outbreak was allegedly first observed in the municipality of Asingan, Umingan, San Manuel, and Binalonan and quickly spread to rice farms in the towns of Unzad, Baraca, Tombod, and Villasis; WHEREAS, attacks of 10 to 15 adult RBBs per hill can reportedly cause losses of up to 23 percent;2 WHEREAS, in Villasis alone, RBBs already destroyed some 50 hectares of rice lands tilled by around 100 farmers;3 WTIEREAS, the whole province of Pangasinan reportedly suffered from around 70 percent reduction of harvests;4 1 1 Regional Field Office Department of Agriculture.
