SITUATIONAL UPDATES Dam and Flood Monitoring Status (Please see attached) DISASTER OPERATION REPORT DAM & FLOOD MONITORING STATUS TYPHOON "PEDRING" As of September 29, 2011, 12:00 NN DAM (LOCATION) STATUS/MONITORING San Roque Dam Water elevation is at 279.96 meters above mean sea level as of 12:00 NN today which is still .04 Brgy. San Roque, San Manuel meters below the 280 meters spilling level. Pangasinan NPC San Roque Flood Forecasting and Warning System, Dam Office has issued notices on Dam Discharge warning Operation to concerned LGUs below the San Roque Dam at about 12:42 PM. Gate 2A will be opened 0.50 meters with an estimated discharge of 80 cubic meters per seconds in ancipation of the expected heavy inflow due to tropical storm Quiel . AREA / DATA SOURCE FLOOD MONITORING / SITUATION Agno River Basin Flood Forecasting Flood Bulletin # 7 from ARBFFWC, as of 4:00 AM today, states the following: and Warning Center 1. Floodwater to recide slowly from Allied-Sinocalan; Ingalera and Tagamusing Rivers. Flooding is expected to remain: in the low lying areas of Sta Barbara, Calasiao, Binmaley, Binalonan, Malasiqui and cities of Dagupan and Urtdaneta 2. Slow recession of Allied-Bued, Patalan, Angalacan and Aloragat Rivers. Flooding is expected to Remain; in the low lying areas of Mangaldan, Mapandan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Laoac, Manaoag, Sison and Pozorrubio. 3. Further rise of Agno River and its tributaries thus flooding is expected to occur in the low- lying areas of San Nicolas, San Manuel, Asingan, Tayug, Sta. Maria, Rosales, Villasis, Sto. Tomas, Alcala, Bautista, Bayambang, San Carlos City, Urbiztondo, Mangatarem, Aguilar, Bugallon, Labrador and Lingayen..
