VICENTE FOX QUESADA, Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, a sus habitantes sabed: Que la Cámara de Senadores del Honorable Congreso de la Unión, se ha servido dirigirme el siguiente DECRETO "LA CAMARA DE SENADORES DEL HONORABLE CONGRESO DE LA UNION, EN EJERCICIO DE LA FACULTAD QUE LE CONFIERE EL ARTICULO 76 FRACCION I DE LA CONSTITUCION POLITICA DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS, D E C R E T A: ARTICULO UNICO.- Se aprueba el ACUERDO QUE MODIFICA Y ADICIONA EL CONVENIO SOBRE TRANSPORTES AEREOS ENTRE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS Y LA REPUBLICA ITALIANA, del veintitrés de diciembre de mil novecientos sesenta y cinco, celebrado por Canje de Notas fechadas el dos de agosto y el siete de diciembre de dos mil cuatro. DECRETO por el cual el Convenio sobre Transporte Marítimo entre los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y el Reino de los Países Bajos, firmado en la ciudad de La Haya, el dieciocho de octubre de mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro, quedará sin efectos en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, a partir del veinte de octubre de dos mil cinco. VICENTE FOX QUESADA, Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en ejercicio de la facultad que me confiere el artículo 89, fracciones I y X, de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, con fundamento en el artículo 28 de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal, y en el artículo 3o., fracción II, de la Ley del Diario Oficial de la Federación y Gacetas Gubernamentales, y CONSIDERANDO Que por decreto del dieciséis de julio de mil novecientos ochenta y seis, publicado en el Diario Oficial el veintiuno de agosto del propio año, fue promulgado el Convenio sobre Transporte Marítimo entre los Viernes 6 de mayo de 2005 DIARIO OFICIAL 4 Estados Unidos Mexicanos y el Reino de los Países Bajos, firmado en la ciudad de La Haya, el dieciocho de octubre de mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro; Que el Artículo XIX del citado Convenio establece que el mismo permanecerá en vigor por tiempo indefinido, y que si cualquiera de las Partes Contratantes desea denunciarlo, notificará a la otra Parte Contratante por escrito por la vía diplomática, y la denuncia surtirá efecto doce meses después de la fecha de recibo de esa notificación por la otra Parte Contratante; Que el Gobierno de México denunció unilateralmente el referido Convenio el ocho de octubre de dos mil cuatro, en virtud de que ha quedado superado por el Acuerdo de Asociación Económica, Concertación Política y Cooperación entre los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, por una Parte, y la Comunidad Europea y sus Estados Miembros, por Otra, del 8 de diciembre de 1997; Que el Gobierno del Reino de los Países Bajos recibió la notificación respectiva el veinte de octubre de dos mil cuatro, por lo que la mencionada denuncia surtirá efectos a partir del veinte de octubre de dos mil cinco, he tenido a bien expedir el siguiente: DECRETO ARTÍCULO ÚNICO.- El Convenio sobre Transporte Marítimo entre los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y el Reino de los Países Bajos, firmado en la ciudad de La Haya, el dieciocho de octubre de mil novecientos ochenta y cuatro, quedará sin efectos en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, a partir del veinte de octubre de dos mil

    COLGATE® AND MEIJER® RECYCLING CONTEST RETURNS Companies Partner with TerraCycle® to Award Playground Made of Recycled Oral Care Waste TRENTON, N.J., (April X, 2018) –TerraCycle announces the fourth annual Recycled Playground Challenge, a contest with partners Colgate-Palmolive (“Colgate”) and Meijer, that encourages healthy habits among school children and their communities and awards a recycled playground to a winning school. Running April 22 - June 30, schools located throughout Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin can join TerraCycle’s Oral Care Recycling Program, a free, national program run by Colgate and TerraCycle, and compete to win a new playground made completely of recycled mate- rial.
