The data was broken down by the Region of Peel as a whole, by each municipality within the Region, and low, moderate, and high income deciles.  Conducted comprehensive jurisdictional scans, literature reviews, and combed through studies to document best practices on innovative housing models, partnerships, and projects that have led to successful outcomes housing high priority populations within the Region for the Region of Peel’s Private Stock Strategy to be presented to the Steering Committee in November 2019.  Collaboratively worked with consultants outside of the Region of Peel to produce a funding application for the federal government to run an innovative housing project for an 18‐month duration in collaboration with the Region’s senior’s population.  Provided 3 options for the aforementioned housing project with a tight deliverable’s timeline, proactively completed a DN for procurement purposes of the project, and conducted extensive stakeholder engagement to gather partners for the project.  Created a survey to gather data on the chronically homeless population within the Region of Peel to be provided to service providers with extensive knowledge of their clients in order to work towards providing housing models based on the needs of the population.
