Welcome to the 2006 Yonex/OCBC US Open and Senior International Badminton Championships, and to the Orange County Badminton Club. We are proud to have the honor and privilege of hosting this $30,000 World Grand Prix event for the tenth year at our badminton facility. 129 athletes will compete for the US Open titles. In addition, over 82 athletes will have fun in the senior divisions as they compete for the 20 international senior titles.

The US Open is a great sequel to the 2005 World Championships (at the Arrowhead Pond) for badminton lovers in the US. It is very important for badminton supporters to spread the word and come watch premier badminton events because their success will lead to future, bigger international events in the US.
