Uvodnik DILISTA HRKA[ PO[TOVANI ^ITAOCI, ijest o tome da na planeti Mars ima VODE, nedavno objavljenoj u svim svjetskim i do- ma}im medijima, kod mnogih je primljena V kao nada i ohrabrenje, kao mogu}i izlaz iz neke nemogu}e situacije na na{oj maj~ici Zemlji, kao svjetlost za budu}nost ljudskog roda i njegovog op- stanka, kao, u krajnjem, i mogu}nost da smo stvar- no nekada davno, davno i sami do{li s Marsa! Jer, kako je ina~e nastala ona ~uvena da je neko “pao s Marsa”!? Bilo kako bilo, vijest je dobra i zanimljiva i, makar nakratko, bila je vi{e udarna nego pri~a o naf- ti i cijenama njenog barela. O cijeni barela vode na sre}u ne govorimo. A i koja bi to cijena bila? Mo`da cijena `ivota! I, ako na Marsu ima vode, onda ima i `ivota i mogu}nosti da ~ovjek nastani taj planet. A do tada, sa onih manje od 1% raspolo`ivih resursa slat- ke vode na Zemlji treba raspolagati tako da odlazak na Mars radi vode odgodimo koliko god je to mogu}e. Svijet je bremenit raznim problemima i neda}a- ma, ali one koje se zovu nesta{ica vode i hrane, ne- maju premca. Te su ve} ozbiljno zaprijetile milionima ljudi na Zemlji i opasnost od njih se {iri na razli~ite na~ine prema onima (nama) koji misle da je prostor na kojem `ive neuni{tivo pribje`i{te njih (nas) samih. Stoga nam i sti`u sve ~e{}a upozorenja svjetskih stru~njaka okupljenih na mnogobrojnim konferenci- jama i forumima o vrlo ozbiljnoj potrebi da preostale navodnjavanje u procesu proizvodnje hrane, otvara- prirodne (`ivotne) resurse na na{oj planeti koristimo ju “prostore” nekim neracionalnim odlukama a zarad na odavno dokazanom optimalnom odnosu eko- ko zna kakvih interesa. U prvom dijelu rada, sumiraju se svjetski i evropski trendovi u energiji, klimatskim promjenama, hidroenergiji i akumulacijama, te upravlja- nju okoli{em. U nastavku se prezentiraju BiH izazovi, postoje}a situacija, planovi i mogu}a budu}nost ovih sektora. Klju~ne rije~i: energija, okoli{, klimatske promjene, hidroenergija, hidro-akumulacije, BiH izazovi 1. Uvod ristup energiji, vodi (i hrani) je svakodne- vna osnova `ivota svakog ljudskog bi}a. Jedan od osnovnih stupova na{eg `ivota i na{e ekonomije je odr`ivo i sigurno snabdijevanje energijom i vodom, po prihvatljivim ci- jenama. Dr`ave u Centralnoj, Isto~noj i Ju`noj Evropi su- o~avaju se s trostrukim izazovima teku}e ekonom- ske i politi~ke tranzicije, pove}anoj ranjivosti na oko- li{ne (prirodne i druge) opasnosti te dugoro~nim uti- cajima klimatskih promjena. Bosna i Hercegovina, dodatno ima postratne i ustavne izazove. Budu}nost BiH zavisi od brzine kojom }e se na- laziti prihvatljiva rje{enja za sve njene gra|ane, tri konstitutivna naroda i dva entiteta (+ Distrikt Br~ko), a koja }e stimulirati njen ukupni ekonomski razvoj. The Tara Mountain is situated on the west border of Serbia. Terrain observation has provided comparative analysis of attractive mountains in Serbia. It has explained the position of the Tara Mountain in different important categories (geographic, touristic etc). Literature sources have helped in the analysis of the past entrepreneurial initiatives. Some important facts are provided by the questionnaire, in the form of the interview. The article has presented entrepreneurial initiatives on the two levels. “Time level” has divided entrepreneurial initiatives on: the time before socialist period, socialist period, then initiatives in the period from 1991 to 1999 and initiatives from the period of transition and owner transformation. “Space level” has differed entrepreneurial initiatives from the two points of view. Depending on the relief, different entrepreneurial initiatives have found “perfect place under the sun” on the different exposure of the Tara Mountain and on the different altitude levels. Short survey of genders and professions of entrepreneurs is given. Synthesis of explorations results has showed some common characteristics of all entrepreneurial initiatives. Data obtained in the Republic Statistic Bureau have used for analyze of tourist circulation in the last ten years. It has contributed illustration of the last results of new entrepreneurial initiatives.

Despot Stefan 142, 11060 Belgrade, Serbia Koncentracije elemenata U tkivima klena (SquaLus cepHALus) iz akumulacija Nacionalnog parka „Tara” Apstrakt Planinsko područje Tare nalazi se na krajnjem zapadu Srbije. Sa severne i zapadne strane ograničeno je dolinom Drine, sa jugozapada dolinom Rzava, sa juga plitkom kre- manskom udolinom koja ga odvaja od zlatiborske površi. Ceo prostor Nacionalnog parka obuhvata: planinu Taru, Crni vrh, Zvezdu, Stolac, kanjon Drine sa Perućcem i okolinu Bajine Bašte. Nacionalni park „Tara“ i njegova uža zaštitna zona raspolaže rekama i poto- cima koji pripadaju uglavnom gornjim i delimično srednjim pastrmskim regionima. Naj- značajnije reke su Rača, Derventa sa pritokama, Brusnički potok sa pritokama, Karaklijski Rzav i Baturski Rzav i reka Jarevac. U Nacionalnom parku „Tara“ formirano je nekoliko veštačkih jezera različitog tipa. Akumulacija „Perućac“ je veštačko jezero nastalo u rečnom koritu reke Drine, njenim pregrađivanjem betonskom branom. Na osnovu lokacije, pripada nizinskom tipu. Akumulacija „Zaovine“ je po lokaciji visinskog tipa, a po načinu nastanka reverzibilna. Nastaje izbacivanjem vode iz akumulacije „Perućac“ i sakupljanja vode od Karakliskog i Baturskog Rzava i drugih manjih pritoka. Akumulacija „Spajići“ je visinska sabirna akumulacija koja nastaje od proceđene vode iz jezera „Zaovine“, te reke Zmaje- vačke i Popovića potoka. Jezero „Kruščica“ nastaje od Karaklijskog i Baturskog Rzava i koristi se kao pijaća voda (Hegediš, 2012).
