Introduction Recent collections carried out by members of the Hungarian Natural History Museum and the Mátra Museum in the course of Balkan Biodiversity Research Project have produced four new Trichoptera species described below and several new records of those species which were not collected at all, or were only very rarely collected after its description. Material and methods This study is based on animals preserved in 70-80% alcohol. In order to observe morphological details in the gen- italia, the entire abdomen was removed and placed in a small glass beaker of 25 cm3 with 10% KOH solution and boiled during 5-15 minutes for digestion. The duration of the treatment is adjusted individually to the effectiveness of clearing process which depends on the species or even on the nutritive state of tissues or on the physiological condition of the specimens. The process of digestion can be easily followed by transparency. The dissolution rate of the soft tissues, the clearing transparency is clearly visible to naked eye. The digested abdomen was subsequently transferred to distilled water and the macerated tissue was removed mechanically by fine tipped forceps and nee- dles. The cleared abdomen was transferred to 80% ethyl alcohol, and to glycerine for examination under micro- scope. -

Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level. -

The main direction in considering improvements in the implementation of plans is that it must be viewed and focused by means of spatial plans in order to as much as possible reduce the impact of all those factors outside the planning system. The study points to the need for and offers the definition of a model of implementation for spatial plans rooted in the theory of planning. The elements and contents of the proposed model of implementation suggest a logical, functional and temporal coherence of all planning decisions covered by the plan. The process of implementing the plan depends directly on the type and method of planning. Four basic models of implementation are defined. The results of research on the application of the implementation model in spatial planning practice in the Republic of Serbia are presented. These are obtained on the basis of multicriteria comparative analysis carried out on a case study of 11 spatial plans. The chapter suggests possible directions for further study, primarily in terms of applying the model of implementation in practice. Despot Stefan 142, 11060 Belgrade, Serbia Koncentracije elemenata U tkivima klena (SquaLus cepHALus) iz akumulacija Nacionalnog parka „Tara” Apstrakt Planinsko područje Tare nalazi se na krajnjem zapadu Srbije. Sa severne i zapadne strane ograničeno je dolinom Drine, sa jugozapada dolinom Rzava, sa juga plitkom kre- manskom udolinom koja ga odvaja od zlatiborske površi. Ceo prostor Nacionalnog parka obuhvata: planinu Taru, Crni vrh, Zvezdu, Stolac, kanjon Drine sa Perućcem i okolinu Bajine Bašte. Nacionalni park „Tara“ i njegova uža zaštitna zona raspolaže rekama i poto- cima koji pripadaju uglavnom gornjim i delimično srednjim pastrmskim regionima. Naj- značajnije reke su Rača, Derventa sa pritokama, Brusnički potok sa pritokama, Karaklijski Rzav i Baturski Rzav i reka Jarevac. U Nacionalnom parku „Tara“ formirano je nekoliko veštačkih jezera različitog tipa. Akumulacija „Perućac“ je veštačko jezero nastalo u rečnom koritu reke Drine, njenim pregrađivanjem betonskom branom. Na osnovu lokacije, pripada nizinskom tipu. Akumulacija „Zaovine“ je po lokaciji visinskog tipa, a po načinu nastanka reverzibilna. Nastaje izbacivanjem vode iz akumulacije „Perućac“ i sakupljanja vode od Karakliskog i Baturskog Rzava i drugih manjih pritoka. Akumulacija „Spajići“ je visinska sabirna akumulacija koja nastaje od proceđene vode iz jezera „Zaovine“, te reke Zmaje- vačke i Popovića potoka. Jezero „Kruščica“ nastaje od Karaklijskog i Baturskog Rzava i koristi se kao pijaća voda (Hegediš, 2012). -

Calculation of Maximum Discharges and Water Levels of Veliki Rzav and Golijska Moravica Rivers Marko Urosev, Natasa Urosev Geographical Institute “Jovan Cvijic” SASA Belgrade, Serbia Abstract It is very important to calculate accurately maximum discharges and water levels for purposes of constructing water reservoirs and embankments for flood defense. Construction of four large reservoirs in Golijska Moravica basin is planned until 2021, according to Water management plan of Serbia. Maximum discharge of Veliki Rzav at Roge has been calculated for conditions of projecting hydrotechnical object of first class. That’s why detailed analyses of maximum discharges and water levels of Moravica and Veliki Rzav of frequency Р = 0,01; 0,1; 1%, for the 1961-2000 period, are presented in this paper. Method of series was used for calculation of maximum discharges and water levels and function of Pierson III type for construction of frequency curves. Key words: maximum discharges and water levels, frequency curves, Moravica Introduction Until recently, Golijska Moravica river basin was one of the less investigated parts of Serbia. The reason for that lays in undeveloped road network and hard, somewhat impassable terrain for research. In the works of Sretenovic (1955) and Ocokoljic (1971, 1987) some of the hydrological characteristics of Moravica and Veliki Rzav, as a part of Moravica basin, correspondingly West and Great Morava, have been analyzed. River basin of Veliki Rzav has a very high specific runoff (13,9 l/s/km2), and an excellent water quality (I class). That’s why the large part of this basin is pronounced as reservation of surface waters for future water supply for settlements (Urosev, 2006).
