ALISON SWEENEY STARS AS A WOMAN TRYING TO SAVE HER SKI LODGE AND UNEXPECTEDLY FINDS LOVE – AND THE HELP SHE NEEDS – IN THE PROCESS IN ‘CHRISTMAS AT HOLLY LODGE’ A NEW, ORIGINAL MOVIE PREMIERING DECEMBER 3, ON HALLMARK CHANNEL Part of the Network’s Annual, Popular “Countdown to Christmas” Programming Event STUDIO CITY, CA – Alison Sweeney (“Days of our Lives,” “The Biggest Loser”), Jordan Bridges (J. Edgar, Mona Lisa Smile) and Sheryl Lee Ralph (“Instant Mom,” “Ray Donovan”) star in “Christmas at Holly Lodge,” a new, original movie premiering Sunday, December 3 (8 p.m. ET/PT) on Hallmark Channel as part of the network’s annual, popular “Countdown to Christmas programming event.” Sophie Bennett (Sweeney) is feeling the pressure as she struggles to pay the mortgage for Holly Lodge, which has been in her family for generations. Undeterred and keeping up with tradition, Sophie’s annual Christmas celebration at the lodge is in full swing. A celebration that started after her parents died, bringing together friends and family which otherwise would be alone during the holidays. Holly Lodge is also a special place where Christmas miracles are known to happen. This year there is a new face that shows up. From the moment they lock eyes, Sophie is instantly drawn to Evan Hunter (Bridges), the handsome and charming real estate investor. Little does she doesn’t know he isn’t here for the holiday cheer. Callie (Crystal Lowe, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered,” “Smallville”), Sophie’s best friend, discovers that Evan’s trip is all business as he was sent to scope out the property for his eccentric millionaire boss to purchase. Unexpectedly, Evan falls in love with the place and Sophie as well. Reluctant to believe in Christmas miracles, can Sophie save the place herself or will this be the last Christmas at Holly Lodge? “Christmas at Holly Lodge” is a Green Productions Inc. production. Shawn Williamson, Jamie Goehring, Trevor McWhinney and Kevin Leslie are the producers. Jem Gerrard directed from a script written by Melissa Salmons.
