2007 to present: Amsterdam Worldwide & Africa Propaganda/Grupo ABC Freelance writer/creative director. Providing both agencies based in Amsterdam and Sao Paulo respectively with US and pan-European creative work and a “man-on-the-ground” de facto New York presence. Amsterdam Worldwide clients and pitches have included Panasonic, Chevrolet, Pernod Ricard, TNT, Life, and AEG-Zinussi. Africa & Grupo ABC clients have included: Vale, Itau, Ipanema, & Ultrapar.

2011 to present: Arts Olympus. Founding partner | creative director/advertising. Helped develop, brand and launch the non-profit with the goal of uniting artists and leaders from all parts of the world on a touring mega-ship. Dubbed the “Davos of the Arts on the High Seas,” it involves partners in art, theater, broadcasting, tourism as well as leaders in philanthropic and diplomatic circles.

2009 - 2010: Water Cluster Scientific. Consultant. Helped the Montreal-based start-up develop branding and communications materials for their multi-million dollar funding requirements. Helped leading scientists at MIT, McGill, RPI and Princeton define and promote their discoveries in the breakaway field of water clusters in nano- environments.

2009: United Nations. Consultant Advised on the creation of a new website, communications, and document repository for UN Rule of Law activities used by the public and 150 member states. Based in Paris, headed creative on the agency’s largest global client, Colgate Palmolive, with billings of over $165 Million. Staffed and managed a multi-lingual creative and production department developing work for 32 brands in 32 countries. By 2006, Colgate overtook P&G in Russia and eight Western European countries, gained share across all categories, and, for the first time, was named among “the ten most trusted brands in Europe.” Returned to Y&R New York in 2006 to work on global assignments.

2005: CEFA Consultant. Developed branding, and communications materials for CEFA -- Club Economique Franco Allemand, a group lead by the former finance ministers of France and Germany and backed by corporations including, SanofiAventis, Bayer, Renault, Air Liquid, EDF, DHL, BASF, Seimens, and EADS.

2002 - 2003: A.J Rodrigues Group, NY. Principle & creative director. Partnered with two others in the formation of a boutique with assignments from the Mass Transit Railway Corporation of Hong Kong, Designed Optical Precision of Norway, and Grand Marnier of France.

2002 - 2003: The World Trade Center Memorial Design Competition An irresistible creative challenge. Worked independently on a design which advanced to the second round of judging.

2002 - 2003: Healing Hearts Created the 87-page, not-for-profit, hardcover book Healing Hearts , endorsed by NY Governor George Pataki and US Senator Charles Schumer as the official gift sent to every family worldwide that lost someone on September 11th.

1999 - 2002: DDB New York. Creative director. Clients included Exxon-Mobil, Starwood Hotels & Resorts (Sheraton & Westin) Johnson & Johnson, Neutrogena, Roc, and PlanetFeedback. 1999 - 2002: YouthAIDS.org. Co-founder | creative director | vice-chair Concurrently with post at DDB, developed and launched the non-profit with activist Kate Roberts and Population Services International. Helped attract partners such as MTV, Kiehl’s, Levis, Aldo, J&J, as well as celebrities, , and Charlize Theron. Created PSAs and branding materials, ultimately building a global awareness and prevention program operating in over 70 countries. Efforts culminated with the 2002 MTV/YouthAIDS Staying Alive Concert, aired in 170 countries with an audience of 1.7 billion. Today, YouthAIDS in the largest non-profit, non-governmental organization addressing HIV/AIDS in the world. The efforts in establishing it are the subject of Wharton Business School case study, as well as CNN Heros and Davos World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders nominations for Kate.

1998: JWT New York & Atlanta Freelance writer/creative director. Served both offices on clients including Kimberly-Clark, Lever, & LensCrafters.

1994 - 1998: Saatchi & Saatchi New York. Senior writer. Helped Cheerios surpass Corn Flakes for the first time. Served as the principle writer on Tylenol during their infamous “liver crisis,” drafting the ads defending Tylenol as well as the CEO’s public addresses. Helped pitch and win Pepperidge Farm, Delta Airlines, Dulux paints, Dodger Productions, and a variety of J&J brands.

1993: McCann Erickson New York Freelance writer. Invited to create a “white paper” study on Coca-Cola at a time when Pepsi had overtaken Coke for the first time.

1992 - 1993: JWT Worldwide Freelance writer/creative director Served as an international “trouble shooter” putting out fires and working on pitches at JWT offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Tokyo, Manila, London, and Stockholm, reporting to Board Director and Asia- Pacific CEO Alan Fairnington. 1991 - 1992: McCabe & Company, New York Senior Writer. Second creative hire and lead writer in the formation of a new agency with the legendary Ed McCabe. Clients included Hebrew National, Maxell Audio, Tom’s of Maine and Coleman Meats.

1989 - 1991: JWT New York Senior writer. Transfered to JWT’s headquarters to work on Kodak, Lever, Warner Lambert, Schick, and Daewoo.

1989 - 1991: The White House Speechwriter. Concurrently with post at JWT, worked as a freelance speechwriter serving First Lady Barbara Bush. Helped create her landmark Children’s Literacy Initiative and the radio show, “Mrs. Bush’s Story Time.”

1987 - 1989: JWT Hong Kong Associate creative director. Transfered to lead the english creative department as senior writer then associate creative director. Clients included The International Herald Tribune, Kodak, Lever, Warner Lambert, Reebok, Lufthansa, Standard Chartered Bank, The Red Cross, and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts for all of Asia. Won the local grand prix award three years in a row, and subsequently the “Ad of The Decade” award. Advertising Age named JWT Hong Kong among the top 10 international creative agency offices in the world.

1985 - 1987: JWT Toronto Copywriter. Clients included Burger King, Bank of Montreal, DeBeers, and Goodyear. Participated in the JWT Management Training Program, and the James Web Young and Sam Meeks Seminars for senior managers. Chadwick | CV | Pg. 5

Noble causes: Consistent involvement in noble causes such as The International Red Cross, Housing Works, YouthAIDS, children’s literacy, the rainforest, and the fight against pollution have earned Bryan numerous citations including The Max Lewis Memorial Award and a United Nations UNDP Gold Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Interest of Public Service.

A fine artist: Spanning all mediums, Bryan’s work is in the corporate collections of Steelcase Ltd, Canadian Pacific, and in private collections in seven countries. His first public solo exhibition of paintings was held in 1993 at Barcelona’s Els Quatre Gats , the venue of Picasso’s first exhibitions. Recent projects include “Cocoons,”- the public installation of sculptures in and around Paris at cites such as Le Bibliotheque National de France , Pont Des Arts, and Le Site De Creation Contemporaine--Musee D’Art Modern .

A musician: Bryan is a keyboard-based composer with classically bad-ass teenage rock band experience. He’s been in and out of recording studios since the age of 14. At 17, he composed for the feature film Ups & Downs by director Paul Almond. Recent projects include score for the 2010 short film Soul Searcher (Brad Spencer, Director, New York HD & D.C Independent Film Festivals. Grand Jury and Best Screenplay prizes) and sound design for the 2011 off- broadway debut of Orange Alert (Leslie Silva, director, Algonquin Seaport Theater.) Since 1994, Bryan has been developing a “multi-media codex,” a single creative opus combining a fine art, music, and a work of literary non- fiction.
