The Site does not fall within a land use designation, but it is surrounded Metropolitan Green Belt; a Site of Metropolitan Importance to Nature Conservation; Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI); and 2 Special Areas of Conservation (SAC). The property offers potential for either conversion and extension or comprehensive redevelopment to residential use.
