Tender Compl. paper 1 Repairing of one no. 100 HP 28,595=00 286/- 50/- 10 days Star delta starter make mine line 550 volt S/D-20 type of Bhagaband colliery. 2) pre-qualification/ eligibility critera: i) Average annual financial turn over of work during the last 3(Three)years ending 31 st March of the previous financial year should be at least 30% of estimated cost. ii) During last seven years experience of having successfully completed: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. OR b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. OR c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. 3) Earnest money : @ 1% of the estimated value of Rs.28,595=00 is to be deposited either in cash to the cashier, P.B. Area, or in the form of Bank draft drawn in favor of Bharat Coking Coal Limited of any nationalized Bank payable at its Branch at Dhanbad and attached to tender(Part-I). Tender not accompanied by earnest money shall not be considered . The earnest money shall be refunded to the un-successful tenderers /bidders after finalization and award of work and shall bear not interest and earnest money of the successful bidders will be converted security money. 4) The cost of tender documents shall be Rs.50/-- payable either in cash or Bank draft in favor of Bharat Coking Coal Limited of any nationalized Bank payable at its branch at Dhanbad. 5) Tender documents including terms and conditions of work shall be available on payment from the office of the Area Manager(E&M), P.B. Area, during any working days from 05.08.13 to 10.08.13 on production of money receipt/ demand draft. (non- refundable). The tender documents are also available on web site of BCCL: http:/www.bccl.gov.in. The documents shall not be sent by post. 6) Prior to give their offer the job may be inspected on any working days at concerned colliery in consultation with the A.M.(E&M), P.B. Area or concerned colliery engineer. 7) The tender will be governed by the general terms and condition of BCCL PTO 8) The company is not under any obligation to accept the lowest tender and reserved the right to accept or reject any or all the tender papers without assigning any reason what- so-ever. 9) Tenderer is required to submit his offers in sealed envelope giving preference to this tender notice no. and date containing offers in two bids i.e Part-I(Technical commercial) and Part-II (Price bid) as specified in tender documents. Part-I should contain technical commercial terms and condition firms credential, earnest money, copy of PAN issued by income tax department, copy of tax registration (TIN), Bidders have to submit the Affidavit only on Non-Judicial Stamp paper or Non-Judicial Adhesive Stamp as per Performa given in Annexure-1 , copy of service tax registration, proprietor ship/partnership deed/power of Attorney, Registration of firms as applicable, details of Bank A/C., Required infrastructure for rewinding/repairing, valid contractor license, etc. Part-II should contain only price bid . CMM under Indian Mining Scenario Development of CBM in India • Out of different sub-sets of Coalbed Methane (CBM), CBM from the deep lying coal deposits (VCBM) has been pursued. • So far 16 Coalbed Methane (VCBM) blocks have been allotted under CBM policy of GoI covering an area of 7807 sq. km and prognosticated CBM resource of 825 BCM. • 10 more blocks have been opened for global bidding. • Several core wells/pilot wells have been drilled in the allotted blocks and are giving encouraging results. • Few operators are planning commercial production from 2007- 08. • The total production potentiality in the allotted blocks is 23 MMSCMD, which is about 10% of the existing Natural Gas demand. The appellant has submitted that he received information sought after filing of the instant appeal and is satisfied with the same. The Respondent had nothing further to add. Decision: In view of the submissions of the parties and perusal of record, the Commission finds that there is no further cause of action to be adjudicated in this case.
