The Detroit Red Wings2 and the Toronto Maple LeafS3 are battling it out in a classic "original six" 4 match-up. Steve Yzerman,5 looking for a fourth Stanley Cup in his twenty-third season in the National Hockey League 6 ("NHL"), skates to the corner during a blowout7 by the Red Wings in Game 1.
