NOTICE OF A WORKSHOP SESSION OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF BELL COUNTY, ON March 16, 2020

Notice is hereby given that a Workshop Session of the Commissioners Court will be held immediately following the Regular Agenda meeting, or, if there is no Regular Agenda, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Court Conference Room, County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Belton, Texas, where the following items will be discussed but no action will be taken.

1. Judge and Commissioners Items of Interest, Inquiries and Upcoming Agenda Items. 2. Staff Reports & Updates, which may include: a. Bell County Projects – Planning, Financing, and/or Construction Status, Maintenance & Equipment Updates b. Strategic Capital Improvement Project Plan and Policy and Funding c. Juvenile Probation Department d. Human Resources e. Facilities f. Engineering Office and Road & Bridge Department Updates g. Information Technology Services h. Workshop items may be considered and/or discussed in a different order than set forth above.

Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any above or below items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by law.

Loop 121, Belton, Texas. 11. April 2, 2020 (Thursday) – Conference of Urban Counties Policy Committee Meeting & Luncheon at 9:30 a.m. at 700 Lavaca St., Austin, Texas. 12. April 2, 2020 (Thursday) – Elected Officials evening dinner at 5:30 p.m. at the Champions Club located in the Equine/Livestock Complex at the Bell County Expo Center at 301 W. Loop 121, Belton, Texas. 13. April 3, 2020 (Friday) – Annual Bell County Employees Awards BBQ from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Garth Arena at the Bell County Expo Center at 301 W. Loop 121, Belton, Texas. 14. April 7, 2020 (Tuesday) – Retirement reception for Dennis Stevens at 2:00 p.m. at the Bell County Attorney’s Office, Bell County Justice Complex, 1201 Huey Road, Belton, Texas. 15. April 9, 2020 (Thursday) - Subdivision Ordinance Committee Meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the Bell County Commissioners Court Conference Room, 101 E. Central Ave., Belton, Texas. 16. April 20, 2019 (Monday) - Presentation by the Stephen A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors.

On Workshop agenda item postings, the Commissioners Court reserves the right to take the items up under consideration in any order that is deemed appropriate and necessary for the efficient conduct of the meeting.
