Di Kawasan Muda Kandungan DI KAWASAN MUDA KANDUNGAN Latar Belakang Objektif Penubuhan Syarat ABR Penetapan Harga Jualan ABR MADA Tahun 2015-2019 Carta Aliran Pelaksanaan Penerima Bantuan ABR Di Kawasan Muda Tahun 2015-2019 Transformasi Sebelum & Selepas Menerima Bantuan ABR Ringkasan Pelaksanaan ABR Di Kawasan Muda 1. LATAR BELAKANG Pada 10 Oktober 2014, YAB Perdana Menteri telah membentangkan Bajet Negara Tahun 2015 yang bertemakan “Ekonomi Keperluan Rakyat”. Salah satu daripada rangka kerajaan adalah untuk mengurangkan kos sara hidup. Sektor makanan adalah salah satu komponen yang diberi keutamaan kerana melibatkan penggunaan bahan-bahan makanan yang tinggi. Sehubungan dengan itu, Kementerian Pertanian dan Industri Asas Tani telah menggerakkan Jabatan/Agensi dibawahnya untuk membantu Kerajaan. 1 2. OBJEKTIF PENUBUHAN Saluran pasaran produk agromakanan bagi membantu usahawan tani mendapat pulangan yang munasabah. Outlet runcit alternatif kepada pengguna untuk mendapatkan produk agromakanan pada harga berpatutan. Ketersediaan makanan kepada rakyat pada harga berpatutan terutama dalam menghadapi krisis makanan. 2 3. SYARAT ABR Kos naik taraf RM 80 ribu Tawar produk agromakanan pada Nilai Jualan sekurang- harga 5-20% lebih kurangnya rendah dari pasaran RM30,000/ bulan setempat AgroBazaar Rakyat Beroperasi di Bekalan segar dari Pinggir / luar ladang / import bandar Luas Premis Imej dan Sistem 1000- 3000 kaki pengurusan persegi Standard 3 4. PENETAPAN HARGA JUALAN • Harga pengguna 5% -20% lebih rendah daripada harga pasaran setempat bagi 7 kategori utama (sayur-sayuran, buah-buahan, ayam, daging, ikan, KR1M dan IAT). • Barangan lain ikut harga pasaran. • Margin keuntungan sasaran 30% 4 5.     GETTING TO LANGKAWI By Air International flights to Malaysia mostly land in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) . The easiest and quickest way to Langkawi is by air. Langkawi is easily accessible by air, with several airlines operating multiple daily flights from Kuala Lumpur (1 hour); these include Air Asia (www.airasia.com ), Malaysia Airlines (www.malaysiaairlines.com ), and its subsidiary, Firefly (www.fireflyz.com.my ). The first two offer more frequent flights. N.B.: While Malaysia Airlines also operates from KLIA, using the other 2 airlines requires transfer. Air Asia flies from Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) , which is a different terminal but still part of KLIA. There is a frequent bus service from KLIA to KL-LCCT (every 20 mins, takes 30 mins, cost MYR3.50), or you can take a taxi. More information is available from the LCCT website (http://lcct.klia.com.my/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=26 ). To transfer from the KLIA main terminal to LCCT requires that you go through immigration and customs, so leave enough time for your connection. Firefly flies from Subang Airport (also known as Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport), which is 60 km away. The quickest way is to take a taxi. Otherwise, you can take a bus or the KLIA Express train from KLIA to the KL Sentral station, and then a bus to Subang airport. You should allow at least 2-3 hours for this transfer. When getting a taxi from KLIA/LCCT, always use the official taxi counters, where you can buy pre- paid, fixed price tickets for official taxis.

This has led to significant amendments of the rules and regulations that have governed the stratified buildings in Malaysia. Now, the Strata Management Act 2013 (Strata Management Act 2013 Act 757), which came into force on June 1, 2015, is the main reference document that outlines the roles and responsibilities of the COB and JMB in the maintenance and management of high rise/stratified buildings. Act 757 recognised the formation of two main entities in terms of managing and maintaining the stratified buildings; these are the Commissioner of Building (COB) and the Joint Management Building (JMB) before the formation of the Management Corporation (MC). For the purposes of this article, the study focused solely on the MC of the commercial buildings perspective in Jitra, Kedah Malaysia because that particular building was only the commercial building to have been established by the MC.

School-based screening thalassaemia program for form four students was introduced with the objective to screen for the thalassaemia status. There is paucity in the data in Kedah on distribution of thalassaemia carrier and the associated factors. Hence this study aims to identify the factors associated with being a thalassaemia carrier and to describe the laboratory cost for the thalassaemia screening. This study used secondary data from the school-based thalassaemia screening in 2018 obtained from Kedah State Health Department. Results showed the prevalence of thalassaemia carrier among form four students in Kedah was 10.91%. Multivariate logistic regression showed that students from Baling, Padang Terap and Yan were 1.40, 1.34 and 1.23 times more likely to be a thalassaemia carrier respectively compared to Kota Setar (aOR Baling 1.40;95% CI 1.21,1.64; aOR Padang Terap 1.34;95% CI 1.11,1.61 and aOR Yan 1.23;95% CI 1.03,1.47). Malay and Siamese students were five times more likely be thalassaemia carriers compared to Indian (aOR Malay 5.16;95%CI 3.42,7.79, aOR Siamese 5.63;95%CI 3.19,9.97).

    The Siamese in Kedah under nation-state making Keiko Kuroda (Kagoshima University) 1: Historical Background Kedah have ever been one of the tributary states of Siam. Siam had the tributary states in the Malay Peninsula until 1909. These tributary states were Malay Sultanate states that became Islamized in the 15th century. However, Ayutthaya, the Court of Siam, have kept the tributary relations with them, sometime with military force. Because these Malay states were important and indispensable port polities for Ayutthaya's trade network. Anglo-Siam Treaty of 1909 made the modern border between Siam and British Malaya. Satun, which was a part of Kedah, and Patani remained in Siam. And Kedah and others were belonging to British Malaya. This border was the result of political struggle between Government of Siam and British Malaya. However, Kedah had controlled wider area before this. The area spread over archipelago along the western coast of Peninsula near the Phuket Island. And Kedah had the characteristics that were different from other Siam tributary states on the eastern coast. In Kedah, many people could understand and speak Thai Language. The Influence of Thai was left well for the name of the places and the traditional entertainments as well. Then, there are people who speak Thai as vernacular at present. These Thai-speakers are " the Samsams " who are Malay Muslims, and the Siamese who are Thai Theravada Buddhists. In this paper, I attempt to reconstruct the historical experiences of the Siamese of Kedah from 19th century to present. The source of the paper is from the documents in the National Archives of Malaysia and data from my fieldwork in Kedah in 1990's.
