LÜFTA LS series – modular design design for apartments, single- and multi-family houses, office buildings, schools and restaurants for Passive House standard and low energy buildings Technical Data Product description The modular design of the ventilation systems allows to assemble the individual components in di erent combinations thus o ering the possibility to customize the LS-series system components for each speci c size and space circumstance. In particular when old buildings are refurbished, ventilation systems must be  exible to the available space – the perfect application for the LS-series ventilation devices. The system consists of the following individual module components: Counter- ow plate heat exchanger, supply and exhaust air fan, supply and exhaust air  lter, four  exible connectors, four connecting  ttings and the control unit including the temperature sensors (see separate data sheet control engineering technology). It is also possible to combine di erent module sizes.

Technical Data Bypass solution or e cient air intake version with ground pipe / direct air intake with a LÜFTA three-way or four-way valve Three and four way damper allow the opportunity to: - Seasonal adjustment: switch fresh air intake from an ‘ground to air heat exchange system’ (winter/summer) to a direct fresh air system (spring/fall) - By-pass the heat exchanger - Recirculate air

Three and four way damper are available for manual operation or with damper motors that are system controlled.

Anti-freeze solution Depending on the situation in your building project, di erent solutions are possible. Please request detailed information from our sta ! - ‘Ground to air heat exchange system’ - Radiant ‘ground to air heat exchange system’ - Pre-heating register: air-water or air-electrical - Through bypass with reheating of the supply air - Reduction of the supply air (not possible in case of passive houses and if a room-temperature dependent  replace is existing in the house)
