Catálogo Este Correcto, Pero Oribe Remates Y El Vendedor No Responden Por Errores U Omisiones Del Mismo I- NORMAS ESPECÍFICAS ART. 1° - EL PRESENTE REMATE DE HARAS DON ALFREDO será realizado el Jueves 5 de Setiembre a las 18 horas, en Tattersall del Hipódromo de Maroñas. ART. 2° - El remate es al mejor postor. ART. 3° - Los productos a rematarse estarán a disposición de los interesados el dia del Remate. Antes de dicha fecha podrán ser revisados en el Haras vendedor. ART. 4° - Están facultados los interesados para hacer examinar por técnicos de su confianza los productos a ser rematados, antes del remate. Por lo cual son inaceptables cualquier reclamación posterior a la venta. ART. 5° - El vendedor y Oribe Remates, no se responsabilizan por cualquier alteración ocurrida después de la caida del martillo, ni tampoco por accidente de transporte. ART. 6° - Los animales despues de la subasta deberan ser retirados del local de remate dentro de los 5 dias de realizada la subasta, luego de dicho plazo, se deberá pagar $U 300 por dia. ART. 7° - Los valores de la oferta corresponderan al valor de la cuota 1/12 parte del valor total en Dolares Americanos ART. 8° - Fueron tomados los necesarios cuidados para que el catálogo este correcto, pero Oribe Remates y el vendedor no responden por errores u omisiones del mismo. Eventuales correcciones podran ser hechas por el rematador durante la subasta y prevaleceran sobre lo escrito en el catalogo. II – DE LOS COMPRADORES ART. 9° - Los compradores podran optar por las siguientes condiciones de pago: a) contado con 10% de descuento b) 12 cuotas mensuales y consecutivas, venciendo la 1ª de ellas el día del remate. ART 10° - Los interesados a obtener financiación deberán contactarse con la firma que financia el remate 10 días antes del remate. Parágrafo único - Los compradores que no estuvieran registrados o aquellos cuyo credito no fue aprobado, tendrán que pagar al contado con el descuento correspondiente. ART. 11° - Los compradores deberan pagar las seguientes tasas: a. 9,76 % (nueve setenta y seis por ciento) sobre el valor de remate, para cualquier opción de pago. ART. 12° - A los compradores compete : a. Firmar en el acto de compra, vale por el precio de adquisicion más comisión e impuestos con vencimiento contra presentación, el que deberá ser pago o sustituido con la regularización de la compra. b. Los arreglos de la compra deberán ser efectuados en el escritorio en el propio local de venta despues del remate. - 4 III – CONDICIONES FINALES ART. 13° - El animal rematado será entregado por el vendedor mediante autorización por escrito de Oribe Remates, la cual será dada inmediatamente despues de la regularizacion de la compra, correspondiendo al vendedor la responsabilidad de manutención por las 48 horas subsiguientes al remate. Parágrafo único – Eventuales problemas ocurridos en el correr de la retirada del animal seran de exclusiva responsabilidad del comprador. ART. 14° - La palabra del rematador en el transcurso del remate, está autorizada a alterar o complementar estas normas, como también la información del catalogo. El rematador se reserva el derecho de no aceptar posturas de personas que a su exclusivo criterio, no son responsables. ART. 15° - Se fija la Ciudad de Montevideo como lugar para cualquier eventualidad judicial que pueda surgir. ART. 16° - Despues del plazo de 2 dias habiles, en caso de no arreglar el comprador, el vendedor podrá aceptar o no, con anuencia de Oribe Remates, la substitucion de comprador. ART. 17° - En caso de arreglo directo entre las partes, la comisión e impuestos deberán ser pagas a Oribe Remates. Si en un plazo de 2 (dos) dias la comisión e impuestos no fueron pagas por el comprador, la mismas seran debitadas al vendedor. ART. 18° - La comisión e impuesto del remate son irrestituibles, aun en caso de ventas anuladas. ART. 19° - El no pago de una de las cuotas promisorias implica el vencimiento automatico de las demas. ART. 20° - Las ventas realizadas en remate son irrevocables no pudiendo el comprador solicitar reduccion del precio. Todos los participantes se obligan a acatar las disposiciones del presente reglamento no pudiendo excusarse que no la conocían. ART. 21° - Oribe Remates no es responsable por eventuales problemas en las adquisiciones efectuadas por sistema telefonico implantado en el remate. ART. 22° - Los compradores tendran el derecho de hacer examinar los animales por veterinários inclusive por examenes de endoscopia y radiografias, no siendo aceptadas las devoluciones posteriores al remate conforme al presente reglamento. ART. 23° - Los participantes de este reglamento, Vendedores, Rematadores y Compradores, se obligan a acatar las disposiciones de estas Normas Especificas y las instauradas por las correspondientesAsociaciones.
