1. WHAT IS THE REGED COMPLIANCE ALLIANCE (RCA)?
The RegEd Compliance Alliance (RCA) 2021 is our ninth annual RegEd client conference! The RCA will allow you to gain critical insights as you evolve your compliance programs to become risk-centric. You can learn best practices from regulators, leading consultants, social media gurus, RegEd, and your colleagues. The Compliance Alliance also provides a unique opportunity to voice your opinion and influence the evolution of RegEd’s compliance solutions.
2. WHEN AND WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
April 14-16, 2021 at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa.
3. HOW DO I REGISTER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?
Registration will be open soon. The special registration for clients if you enroll by the end of 2020 is $425. Early bird registration for clients starts January 1, 2021 and is $545 if you register on or before March 12, 2021. The regular registration fee is $845. Save money and register early!
4. I NEED ONLINE REGISTRATION SUPPORT. WHO CAN I CONTACT?
If you need technical support for online registration, call 919-653-5260, and mention that you are registering for the RegEd Compliance Alliance. If you have general questions about the event, please call your RegEd Account Manager.
5. HAS REGED RESERVED A BLOCK OF GUESTROOMS?
RegEd has reserved a room block at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa with a discounted room rate of $279 per night plus fees and taxes for conference attendees. The discounted rate is valid for April 14 - April 16, 2021. This special rate is available to conference attendees. The hotel cannot guarantee this rate once the block is sold out. We recommend making your reservation as early as possible. The room block will be open soon.
6. CAN I COME EARLY OR STAY LATE?
Yes, there are limited rooms with the discounted rate valid a few days prior and post conference.
7. WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), is located 4.9 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa. The best method of best transportation to and from the airport will be by Uber or Taxi.
8. CAN I MEET WITH SOMEONE ONE-ON-ONE AT RCA 2021?
Absolutely! This is just one more great reason to attend the conference while exploring the power of RegEd’s solutions. Please contact your Account Manager to set up one-on-one time.
9. WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WELCOME RECEPTION?

10. WHEN AND WHERE IS THE SOCIAL EVENT?
The Social Event is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April 15th from 6:30pm - 10:00pm. Location TBD.
11. ARE MEALS INCLUDED WITH THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE?
The following mealfunctions are included:
Wednesday, April 14 : Welcome Reception (Cocktails and Heavy Hors D’oeuvres)
Thursday, April 15: Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment Breaks and Dinner Event
Friday, April 16: Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment Breaks
12. DO I NEED TO WEAR A BADGE DURING THE ENTIRE EVENT?
Name badges are required foradmittance into all sessions, meals and events. If you are not wearing your name badge, you will be asked to do so prior to attending any conference function.
13. MAY I BRING A GUEST?
All conference sessions are restricted to registered conference attendees. However, guests may attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, April 14 and the Social Event on Thursday, April 15. You may register your guest online for an additional $150 per person.
14. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE CONFERENCE?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions. Casual attire is appropriate for evening events.
15. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT AT THE MARRIOTT?
Hotel check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Requests for early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged with the hotel front desk and will be based on availability.
16. WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN FT. LAUDERDALE IN APRIL?
Temperatures in mid-April average a high of 83°F and a low of 74°F. Meeting rooms are kept at a cooler temperature, so we advise you to bring a light sweater to keep warm.
17. ARE SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED?
Substitutions are allowed if you have registered, but are unable to attend. Please inform us of your substitution in writing (email [email protected]) prior to March 26, 2021. No phone calls will be accepted for substitutions. Hotel substitutions will need to be made directly with the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa.
18. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations are provided in full before February 26, 2020. After February 26, there is a $200 cancellation fee.
19. CAN I GET COPIES OF THE MATERIAL PRESENTED AT RCA 2021?
Copies of PowerPoint presentations will be available online following the conference. RegEd will notify you when the presentations are available.
20. HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION AND PROCESS A REFUND?
To cancel your registration and process a refund, please contact your Relationship Manager.
