Dimana data dan informasi tersebut akan membantu baik Pemerintah maupun swasta dalam perumusan kebijakan yang tepat dan berpihak kepada kepentingan masyarakat. Praise the presence of Allah Almighty God Almighty, I warmly welcome the publication of the Siak publication in numbers and sub-districts in 2020 figures. This book can serve as a source of data and information for the purposes of planning, implementing and controlling regional development. Where the data and information will help both the government and the private sector in the formulation of appropriate policies that favor the public interest. Accurate data and information are needed in relation to the implementation of policy formulation that can be consistently implemented by all lines of government, from the district level to the village level and is beneficial to all communities and can avoid policies that are not right on target. This data and information is very useful because it is used primarily to create a data-based planning system, clear utilization, careful control, and evaluation procedures that are critical of development activities and results. Siak Regency in Figures 2020, is part of the overall statistical data system, which aims to provide detailed information on basic statistics and sectoral statistics that are often used by planners and decision makers in making policies. In an effort to meet the needs of consumers of data, BPS Siak Regecy seeks to improve the quality of the data presented, both its structure and content, as well as the faster publishing schedule and in accordance with the ARC schedule that has been published on the website. Siak Regency in Figures 2020 in each chapter is equipped with a technical explanation and strategic data infographic. To facilitate access to the publication of Siak Regency in Figures 2020, it can be read and downloaded via the BPS website of Siak Regency without paying. Adapun judul skripsi ini "Kesultanan Siak Sri Indrapura : Islam dan Perlawanan Terhadap Kolonialisme Pada Tahun 1760-1946 M". Kesultanan Siak Sri Indrapura ini merupakan kerajaan yang bernafaskan Islam dan sebagai pewaris yang sah dari Kerajaan Melaka-Johor. Pada 292 tahun silam tepatnya tahun 1723 M, Kota Siak Sri Indrapura yang terletak disekitar Sungai Jantan (Siak) sebagai pusat perdagangan regional dan internasional, terdapat pula sebuah bukti otentik berupa istana kerajaan hingga saat ini masih berdiri kokoh yakni Astana Asserayah Hasyimiyah, Istana ini menjadi pusat peradaban dan pemerintahan (city-state). Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan akan adanya pengaruh agama Islam dalam sistem pemeritahan, kebudayaan, sosial-ekonomi yang kental dengan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman. Kemudian mengetahui kedatangan kolonialis seperti, bangsa Portugis ke Selat Melaka, bangsa Belanda dan Jepang untuk memonopoli perdagangan serta menanamkan pengaruhnya, sehingga menumbulkan aksi perlawanan di dalam pemerintahan Kesultanan Siak Sri Indrapura dari awal periode hingga akhir (1723-1946 M). Sebagai penguat dari skripsi ini, penulis menukil beberapa tulisan para ahli sejarah melayu yang mendeskripsikan terkait judul dengan metode kualitatif seperti, teknik pengumpulan data dengan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) hingga menyempatkan terbang ke Riau serta menggunakan beberapa pendekatan agama, sosio-politik, dan budaya.

While the temple can mean by "city" or "kingdom". Siak in the assumption that the Malay community is very closely tied to the religion of Islam, the Siak people are people who are experts in Islam, if someone lives diligently in religion it can be said to be the Siak People. The name Siak, can refer to a clan in the region between Pakistan & India, Sihag or Asiagh which means sword. This kingdom was founded in Buantan by the Little King of Pagaruyung, with the title Sultan Abdul Jalil in 1723, after previously being involved in the struggle for the throne of Johor. In its development, the Siak Sultanate emerged as a strong maritime kingdom & became a force calculated on the eastern coast of Sumatra & the Malay Peninsula. The historiography about the .ingdom of Siak isn‘t only talN about its growth and expansion processes, but, history was also recorded its ups and downs as well as their prominent characters who took the role in .ingdom of Siak‘s era. By writing about the characters who have struggled, we expected people could know and respect how the struggle they‘ve been through, as well as the role of this four Datuks which called by Datuk Empat Suku, such as Datuk Lima Puluh, Datuk Tanah Datar, Datuk Kampar, and Datuk Pesisir. The four Datuks were Sultan‘s confidants who appointed as .ingdom Councils and responsible to set the wheels of .ingdom of Siak‘s government. This research purposes are: (1) To know more about Datuk Empat Suku, (2) To know the role of Datuk Empat Suku in .ingdom of Siak‘s government system, (3) To Nnow the efforts that were made by Datuk Empat Suku to set the wheels of .ingdom of Siak‘s government, (4) To know the role of Datuk Empat Suku after the .ingdom‘s Council was abolished and the Kingdom joined Republic of Indonesia.
