My name is John Alexander and I'm the Executive Chairman of Crown Resorts Limited. On Behalf of your Board of directors, I welcome you to the 2019 Crown annual general meeting and thank you for your attendance. I would like to start by introducing your directors. Starting on the far end on my right, John Poynton, Andrew Demetriou, Toni Korsanos and Mike Johnston. On my left is Geoff Dixon, Guy Jalland and John Horvath, Helen Coonan, Jane Halton and Harold Mitchell. Also with me on the stage today is Mary Manos, our company secretary and Ken Barton, our chief financial officer. Also in attendance is Crown's auditor for the 2019 financial year, Michael Collins from Ernst and Young. In 2003 he Jeffery joined Bates Smart in 1983, received the IDEA Gold Medal for significant becoming an Associate in 1985, an contributions to the design industry and in Associate Director in 1988 and a 2010 he was awarded Designer of the Year Director in 1995. at the IDEA awards. He was inducted into JEFFERY COPOLOV Prior to joining Bates Smart: the Design Institute of Australia’s Hall of DipIntDes, FDIA / ABC Channel 2, Melbourne Fame in 2018, in recognition of outstanding Director / GTV Channel 9, Melbourne contributions to the Australian design industry. Jeff has a classically modern, timeless approach to design and a reputation for producing highly refined and carefully targeted design solutions. He is known for his relentless attention to detail. Regularly working with architectural colleagues from the outset, Jeff oversees the entire design process to craft buildings from the inside out. His broad experience covers a wide range of building types, including commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, education and health, all of which promotes a rich diversity of cross-discipline thought. -

ASX / MEDIA RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 1 November 2018 CROWN RESORTS LIMITED 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN’S ADDRESS JOHN ALEXANDER Shareholders, It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the magnificent Crown Towers Perth. We believe that Crown Towers Perth is one of the most luxurious hotels in Australia and the region, and has set a new benchmark in six-star accommodation. Whilst this hotel opened during challenging economic conditions in Perth, we are confident in the long-term prospects for the property. We believe tourism has great potential to become one of Western Australia’s leading industries and that Crown Perth will play a major part. GROUP RESULTS I would now like to briefly touch on last year’s financial performance. The full details of Crown’s results for the 2018 financial year were provided in our ASX results release in August as well as in our Annual Report, which was sent to shareholders in September. Therefore, I will provide just an overview of the financial results today. For the full year ended 30 June 2018, Crown announced normalised EBITDA of $878.3 million, up 6.1% on the previous year, and normalised NPAT of $386.8 million before significant items, up 12.7% on the previous year. This result reflects a solid performance from our local Melbourne operation, continued subdued trading in Perth and strong growth in VIP program play. Crown’s reported NPAT before significant items was $326.7 million, up 5.8%, whilst reported NPAT after significant items was $558.9 million, down 70.0% on the previous year, noting the F17 result included the net gain from the sale of Crown’s interest in Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited of approximately $1.7 billion. -

(“Crown”) has requested the independent advisory panel to provide an assessment of Crown’s Responsible Gambling Framework. The terms of reference included a review of current responsible gaming practices, policies and procedures, identification of existing strengths, and, importantly, the identification of gaps or weakness that required attention. Crown has requested that the Panel consider the recommendations contained in the 2018 Sixth Review of the Casino Operator and Licence and build upon and extend Crown’s responsible gambling framework to achieve evidence-based best practice benchmark standards. The objectives of Crown are to establish a responsible gambling framework that (a) positions Crown as a leader in the delivery of effective responsible gambling services, and (b) integrates a culture of responsible gambling that is embedded in all aspects of processes, strategic initiatives and operational decisions. Committee report to Council Agenda item 3.1 Special Council Planning Scheme Amendment C365 Chart House Heritage 25 March 2020 Committee Future Melbourne (Planning (Heritage) Portfolio) Presenter Councillor Leppert Purpose 1. The purpose of this report is to seek Council adoption of Amendment C365 to include Chart House within the Heritage Overlay with the grading of non-contributory, as recommended by the Panel. Consideration at Committee 2. Following consideration by the Future Melbourne Committee on 3 March 2020, the Committee made a recommendation to Council as presented below. Recommendation 3. That Council: 3.1 Adopts Melbourne Planning Scheme Amendment C365 as exhibited with the changes recommended by the Panel. 3.2 Submits the adopted Amendment to the Minister for Planning for approval. 3.3 Authorises the Acting General Manager Strategy, Planning and Climate Change to make any further minor editorial changes to the amendment documents prior to submitting to the Minister for Planning for approval.
