    COMUNICATO STAMPA Il nuovo, visionario, monumentale allestimento di Pinuccio Sciola di Turandot, estremo capolavoro di Giacomo Puccini, impreziosisce la Stagione lirica e di balletto 2014 Venerdì 27 giugno alle 21 (turno A), per la Stagione lirica e di balletto 2014 del Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, va in scena il terzo appuntamento con l’opera: Turandot, dramma lirico in tre atti e cinque quadri su libretto di Giuseppe Adami e Renato Simoni, dalla fiaba teatrale omonima di Carlo Gozzi e musica di Giacomo Puccini (Lucca, 1858 - Bruxelles, 1924). Il nuovo allestimento del Teatro Lirico di Cagliari dell’opera è firmato, per la regia, dal fiorentino Pier Francesco Maestrini che si avvale, per l’impianto scenico, di un autorevole artista e celebre scultore sardo al suo debutto nell’opera lirica Pinuccio Sciola, mentre per i costumi di Marco Nateri e per le luci di Simon Corder. Al giovane maestro milanese Giampaolo Bisanti, tra i migliori interpreti del grande repertorio musicale che ritorna a Cagliari dopo il verdiano Otello dello scorso anno, spetta il compito di dirigere l’Orchestra, il Coro del Teatro Lirico di Cagliari e il Coro di voci bianche del Conservatorio Statale di Musica “Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina” di Cagliari nell’estremo capolavoro del geniale compositore toscano.
