Near shore work included beach seining while offshore work utilized bottom and mid-water trawls for fish and for zooplankton (like krill). Salinity and temperature were collected using a CTD (conductivity, temperature, depth) sensor. The cruise went well and preliminary results were distributed to North Slope communities during the cruises. A more detailed report will follow later in 2014 after data are analyzed.
