And a total of 8 political parties in other continents and 13 organizations have confirmed participation as observers, with a total of 29 delegates. In addition, there will be one special guest, 21 participants in the delegation of the Founding Chairman and 5 participants from the ICAPP Secretariat in Seoul. In total, 382 foreign participants have so far registered. Numbers in parenthesis represent the number of delegates from each political party or organization. 5 .
