Sir/Madam,
The East Delhi Municipal Corporation intends to fill up following posts through deputation basis:-

Secretary to Govt. of Grade Pay India or equivalent. 10000/ - (b) Unblemished record of service and integrity equivalent beyond doubt. to Level-14 (c) Should not be from East Delhi Municipal of Pay Corporation. Matrix (d) Should not have worked as CVO in East Delhi under 7th Municipal Corporation. CPC. (e) Should not have crossed the age of 55 years as on the last date for receipt of application, (f) Must have grading not lower than 'Very Good' in APARs for the last five years. Page 2 of 3 Since the East Delhi Municipal Corporation follows rules/regulations/instructions of the Government of India so, the laid down terms & conditions of the Government of India shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to the officer on deputation in East Delhi Municipal Corporation. Further, the maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of the application. The period of deputation for the post of Deputy Commissioner and Additional Deputy Commissioner/ Joint Assessor & Collector will be initially for one year and deputation for the post of Assessor & Collector, Chief Vigilance Officer and Administrative Officer/ Assistant Assessor & Collector will be initially for three years.
The aforesaid requirements of the RRs are to be supplemented by the normal terms and conditions as prescribed by the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry. of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Government of India for such appointment like clearance from Departmental disciplinary proceedings & civilian criminal proceedings, qualified performance assessment report, certified integrity etc.
It is, therefore, requested that names of the suitable and willing officers, fulfilling the prescribed conditions, along with their Application, Bio-data, ACRs for preceding five (5) years, Integrity certificate, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Cadre Clearance Certificate, Major-Minor Penalty (MMP) certificate for last 10 years etc. may be forwarded to the Administrative Officer, Central Establishment Department, East Delhi Municipal Corporation, Ground Floor, Udyog Sadan, 419-F.I.E., Industrial Area, Patparganj, Delhi- 110092, within 45 days reckoned from the date of this circular, to enable us to consider candidature for selection/appointment to the aforesaid posts on deputation basis.
