One table and two chairs are provided for each student organization that registers. This year, we had 30 student organizations register and participate.

Comments:  I think these fairs are great, however, I do think they need to be marketed/advertised better. Also I think it needs to be held in a more accessible, more widely seen space. We have been a part of a few of these and we saw the least amount of foot traffic and students at this one in comparison to other fairs in the past. Most students didn't know it was even going on and some didn't know where it was. But as a word of encouragement, we love these fairs and they are a great way to be seen by students, especially freshman, and get students plugged in.  The location was inconvenient for those setting up as it was laid out in long rows in narrow space, making it difficult to get in and out. It was also in one of the least traveled spaces on campus, making it unhelpful for attracting individuals that didn't make a special effort to seek it out.  I think that it could have been in a better space it wasn’t very approachable
