Abdullah M. Al-Ansi University of Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Abstract: ost students at last year of university have anxiety to seek for the future job. Looking for job and M moving to new chapter of their life is often accompanied by anxiousness and generates psychological stress. The purpose of this paper is to indicate the role of university, specialization and employment expectation in decreasing the students’ anxiousness. Data were collected by surveying of 400 students at the last year of university distributed under three categories: Medical Science, Natural science and social studies in Yogyakarta city, Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used to select students based on their specialization of study. Regression path analysis was employed to examine the role of university, specialization and possibility of employment on decreasing the students’ anxiety in finding suitable job. Results indicate that university has no direct role in helping students get job but has indirect and significant impact on shaping students’ knowledge and skills and self-confidence to prepare them for future job. Specialization has positive and significant impact for medical and natural science students and low impact and significant for social science students which lead to positive and significant impact on decreasing their anxiety. Finally, employment expectation for most of the students was low and has negative impact on deceasing their anxiety. Faculty Attitudes, Computer Skills, Understanding of EdTech & HEIs Importance toward ICT Integration in Manila Philippines

Dr. Macario G. Gayeta University of the East Caloocan, Department of Communication, College of Arts & Sciences, Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Abstract ased on the assertion that integrating Information and Communication Technology in higher B education has become a great concern for many educators in developing countries, this study explored the faculty attitudes, computer skill, understanding of educational technology, and importance of higher education institutions toward ICT integration in Manila, Philippines and developed a training program for faculty members. Responses were obtained from one hundred sixty- three respondents in three selected higher education institutions using a mixed-method approach. The results reveal that faculty attitudes are positive in enthusiasm and competence, while anxiety in technology use shows a positive attitude which offers stages of adoption in the classroom instruction. A list of faculty computer skills results in a high degree of competence which reflects that the use of technology and instructional tools could improve the quality of teaching in higher education. The level of understanding of educational technology demonstrates the importance of curriculum and instruction design while the level of importance of ICT in HEIs points to the importance of innovative teaching- learning in classroom instruction. The findings of the study also suggest that there is no relationship between the level of importance of ICT in higher education and the type of higher education institutions, no significant difference between faculty attitudes and computer skills in terms of age. Furthermore, there is no significant relationship between faculty attitudes and computer skills in terms of teaching experience. Further studies on ICT integration should be investigated such as attributes and cultural perception of HEIs to arrive at a firmer basis for the in-service training program of faculty members. Abdul Quddus Universitas Islam Negeri Mataram, Indonesia Nurmaidah Universitas Islam Negeri Mataram, Indonesia

Abstract: alal (allowed) tourism has been long established as part of the tourism industry. Lombok island as H a halal tourism destination has received two World Halal Travel Awards in 2015 in the United Arab Emirate (UAE) (World's Best Halal Tourism Destination and World's Best Halal Honeymoon Destination). The purpose of this study is to disclose the potential of developing and to analyze the challenges in developing halal tourism in Lombok island. The researcher adopted the exploratory and explanatory rather than confirmatory approach, and hence a qualitative methodology was appropriate. The findings of this research indicate that there is a huge potential to develop Halal tourism in Lombok island through culture, tradition, fair, festivals, and spiritual places. The local government has developed the potential of halal tourism by conducting branding Islamic spiritual tourism, such as: halal certification for hotels and consumer products by Indonesian Ulema Council (Majelis Ulama Indonesia/MUI), providing travel agents and tour guides with spiritual tourism knowledge, inviting foreign investors from the Middle East, and giving spiritual experience through Fasting month (Ramadan) festivals, inviting high priests from five Middle East countries to become priests and speakers at Hubbul Wathan mosque, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia (NTB). The challenge is that Islamic spiritual tourism requires an inclusive Islamic model in the diversity of the Lombok island multicultural society.

Abstract: urpose of the study: The premise of this paper is to describe the disruption of the Balaghah P learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in The State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Tulungagung. Methodology: It is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. It represents two main descriptions such as the problems of online-based Balaghah learning for IAIN Tulungagung students and the disruption of Balaghah learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in IAIN Tulungagung. Main Findings: The results showed that at the beginning of its implementation, many students well responded to this online class, however, after several times of the courses, many students experienced difficulties in learning. This situation reduces the quality of the teaching and learning process. The disruption of Balaghah learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic in IAIN Tulungagung is the shift from conventional to online-based media such as Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Google Classroom, and WhatsApp Group. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study addressed the problems of online-based Balaghah learning for IAIN Tulungagung students are the difficulty of receiving Balaghah learning materials related to words and sentences pronunciation, much subject matter that is too hard to understand, lack of student interest and motivation to learn, little time available, network quality in certain areas, as well as an environment that is less supportive of Balaghah learning. The disruption of the Balaghah learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic at IAIN Tulungagung is the use of various online media such as (1) Media with video conference features, Zoom Meeting and Google Meet, (2) Media with low capacity video conferencing features, WhatsApp Group, and (3) Alternative media, Google Classroom. Abstract: t turns out that learning, which has only been defined as classroom activities, is not true. Many I outdoor activities are designed for the specific purpose of providing experience, skills, and knowledge. Among them is the "Arabic debate competition." Competition champions have a particular effort to achieve success, which is called "achievement motivation." Because it is the foundation of cognitive behavior and assessment (Pintrich & Schunk, 1996), achievement motivation is very important, especially in a debate competition. In it, Hendrikus (2009) argued against each other to achieve victory for one party. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach. Data sources were from Arabic language debate champions at local and regional levels (1), National and ASEAN (1), International (2). Through Robinson (1961) and adapted by Degeng (1991), it was found that the winners who have low achievement motivation (1 person/16 year), moderate (2 people: 24 years and 25 years), and high (1 person/23 year). Through interviews, it was found that their reasons for achievement were: internal factors: realizing their ability in Arabic, finding their identity, practicing being wise by understanding others. External factors: want to make parents, teachers, and those
