THE ELMIRA ENFORCERS INAUGURAL PRO PLACEMENT CAMP The FHL’s Elmira Enforcers are holding their Inaugural Professional Hockey

Placement Camp at First Arena in Elmira, New York this Friday,October 12 –

Sunday, October 14, 2018. General Managers, head coaches, and scouts will be

invited from other Federal Hockey League teams to evaluate participants and

recruit for their respective training camps.

A minimum of three (3) players will be invited to the Elmira Enforcers’ training

camp in October, and only the most qualified will be accepted. Join Head Coach and FHL Alumni Brent Clarke at the Inaugural Pro Placement Camp

Camp fee is $299.00 which includes on-ice sessions and two nights’ hotel accommodations (Friday, October 12 thru Sunday,

October 13, 2018). A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required with registration. Please fill out this form with full payment

information, the player bio sheet, and signed waiver to complete your registration. Complete information can be returned to the

Upon entering the Elmira Enforcers Pro Placement Camp I understand that participation in the sport of ice hockey constitutes a risk to me of serious injury, including paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept, and assume the risk and release the First Arena, the Elmira Enforcers, its affiliates, their sponsors, event organizers and officials from any liability therefore.

I have my own insurance if any injury was to occur. If an injury were to happen, I know I am 100% responsible for all bills and medical treatment that such injury would require.
