On this occasion, we will walk on the International Appalachian Trail, the first GR of North America, which we will be celebrating the 5th anniversary with our Canadian partners of IAT-QC and Rando Quebec. Page 2 / 8 The itinerary Benchmarks Level of hikes: Walker: Walk approximately from 4h30 hours to 5h00 from 350 to 500 meters of elevation gain Hiker: Walk about 5 hours from 500 to 650 meters of elevation gain Confirmed: Walk approximately 5 hours to 5H30 from 600 to 900 meters elevation gain Duration: 13 days / 12 nights Portage: During the walks, each participant wears a light backpack, containing only the personal belongings necessary for the day (water bottle, camera, protective clothing, etc ...) as well as a picnic.
