Thursday, October 5, 2017 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT Nick Brennan Webster Public Relations Single “I Want A Girl” Songwriters Cherie Brennan Hometown Marquette, MI Artist Bio Unlike many of today's young artists, Nick Brennan didn't dream about becoming a star. Being the son of a songwriter, Nick always enjoyed listening and singing to music but decided on another career path, broadcast journalism. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and a headful of smarts about the profession, inding work did not come easy. For nine months, Nick mixed his job search with recording his debut single, “Buck Naked.” After two years at WLUC-TV, the pull of music became too strong to resist. Nick bid his colleagues a fond farewell, headed back to Jacksonville and began recording and performing full-time. After an eight-week radio tour, Nick returned to Nashville, TN to continue writing and recording. Having taken his irst decisive steps into the spotlight, Brennan knows he’s moving toward the goal he was destined to pursue.
