The capital of Croatia is Zagreb. Croatia boasts countless natural and cultural resources. There are even 8 National Parks, 11 Nature Parks and 7 monuments that have been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Due to its location, the climate in Croatia is divided into two zones - moderately continental and mediterranean climate. Average summer temperatures in Croatia vary between 23 and 26 ° C in the coastal region and between 20 and 22 ° C in the continental part. Next to the church is the ancient Forum, the largest on the eastern side of the Adriatic. Another important church is the Zadar Cathedral of Sv. Stošije which is also the largest Dalmatian cathedral. Of the modern attractions stand out the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. • Velebit Mountain is the longest mountain range in Croatia. It extends along the Velebit Channel and separates Lika from the coastal Croatia. The entire area of the mountain is protected as a nature park, and Northern Velebit and , which are part of the mountain range, have been designated as National Parks. The highest peak of the mountain is Vaganski vrh. • National Park Plitvice Lakes is the most famous and oldest national park in Croatia. In 1949 it was proclaimed the first national park in Croatia, and due to its beauty and particularities of travertine barrier formation, in 1979 it was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. made up of 16 larger and smaller lakes that create magnificent waterfalls known around the world. • National Park Krka covers the area along the Krka River that was declared a national park in 1985. With its 7 travertine waterfalls, is the Krka River a natural and karst phenomenon. The most famous are Skradinski Buk, Roški Waterfall and Manojlovac Waterfall. Beside the waterfalls, in the National Park is also worth visiting the islet of Visovac, which is located on Lake Visovac, and since 1445 a Franciscan monastery and the Church of Our Lady of Visovac have been located on the island. • Klis is a settlement in the hinterland of Split, which was built at the foot of the medieval fortress by which this settlement is famous. Klis Fortress is one of the most famous forts in Croatia as well as one of the most complete examples of fortification architecture in Croatia. Because of its strategic location, it was often the site of numerous confrontations and a synonym for Croatian impendance during the time of Osmans. More recently, the fort is known as the city of Meereen from the series "Game of Thrones". • Split is the largest Dalmatian city known for its rich cultural heritage and monuments, and especially for the Diocletian's Palace that the Emperor built to spend his last days there. The Palace is one of the best preserved monuments of Roman architecture in the world, which, together with the historic center of Split, was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979. • Trogir is situated on an islet between the island of Čiovo and the mainland and they are connected by a stone bridge. It is considered the best preserved Romanesque-Gothic city. The whole city is full of cultural and historical monuments, which is why it is also called a museum city. The most famous are the Cathedral of St. Lawrence with its unique portal, well preserved walls, towers and city gates, as well as beautiful city palaces, numerous churches and monasteries. The city was listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997. • Nin is a small town near Zadar. Its old town is located on a small island connected to the mainland by two stone bridges. Nin is the oldest croatian royal city. In Nin is situated the smallest cathedral in the world, the church of St. Crisis. Nin is also recognizable for its medicinal mud that was used in Roman times, but also for the production of salt, which also dates back to Roman times.

CONTENT OF ARRANGEMENT The content of the package includes in the price all that is required to make the trip. Tickets to certain facilities are not included because of various personal religious / cultural reasons, etc. This you choose on the spot, and pay in cash in Croatian Kuna or with a card where possible. TRANSPORT Transport is provided by a air-conditioned high-class minibus . The maximum number of passengers is 12. During the journey you will travel a total of about 1300 kilometers. Airport transfer to the hotel and final transfer to the airport is provided. If all passengers do not arrive or leave at the same time, it is possible that the tour operator will arrange their other partner who will make the two transfers. All other transportation is made according to the itinerary. The first and the seventh day of the trip has dinner included, in which case you have an organized pick up transfer and return to the accommodation. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth day after the activities are completed, you will return to accommodation to have dinner in the hotel and leisure time until tomorrow. Your tour guide is also a licensed guide for most of the destinations you will visit. The tour guide is your trusted person and he will be at your service throughout the trip. In case you need help when the tour guide is not with you, you will have his contact number where you will be able to contact him and ask for help. You arrange all your unplanned situations with a tour guide, who will include the tour operator if necessary. All services that are not as planned or that have not been delivered to you, are arranged directly with the tour guide, who will inform the tour operator so you can together find the right solution for all parties. In case of illness or other unplanned activities where the manager will not be able to provide you with adequate assistance if it would mean interrupting the trip or neglecting the rest of the group, then the tour operator takes care of you. In case the tour operator has to hire additional services for you then he will arrange with you the necessary services and price for unplanned services. The tour guide is obliged to adhere to the itinerary, as provided, and in cases where it can not be influenced, he has the right to change the itinerary. The tour guide, in agreement with the tour operator, has the right to change the days in the itinerary because of weather conditions, all for the sake of a better experience or safety of passengers. The tour guide may withhold part of the planned sightseeing for the day due to bad weather, traffic jams caused by force majeure that he could not influence, or the irresponsible holding of a plan by one of the passengers causing delay and change in the itinerary for the day.

ACCOMMODATION Accommodation is provided in Zadar in a 4 * hotel in doublebed rooms. Accommodation is based on 7 overnights with breakfast, and 4 dinners in hotel. The hotel is situated in the city center. The selected hotels are high categorized, with excellent ratings and comments on web portals. The hotel is categorized on Croatian standards that are same as in the European Union.

FOOD AND DRINK Beside its historical heritage and natural beauties, Croatian cuisine is the strongest motive for tourists to come to Croatia. In Croatia, every city has several interesting dishes that are specific just for that city or region. Croatia has several wine regions, each region has indigenous sorts that produce top quality red and white wines. Beside other Mediterranean sorts, Croatia has a wide variety of most respected international wines. We want to introduce you to the indigenous cuisine specific for the region you have visit. The tour guide will suggest you at least two dishes famous for the region that you have visited that day. If you have any particular non-standard dietary patterns, please let us know so we can arrange on a dietary plan before entering into a contract. After each meal you will be able to order a glass of wine or anything you want, and pay for it by yourself in kuna or by card where possible.

Scheduled breakfasts are daily at the hotel from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Breakfast lasts 30 minutes. Lunch is daily from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Planned lunch time is max 90 minutes. Dinners are every day between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Planned dinner time is max 90 minutes.

TICKETS The price includes only those tickets, which are indicated to be included in the price of the arrangement and without which the trip cannot be realized according to this plan. All other tickets are not included in the price and that are the tickets for museums, galleries and churches and similar establishments that you can visit for free time. Ticket prices for museums, galleries and churches are around 20,00 kn or about 3 euros per person for each institution you visit that is not included in the itinerary. Only tickets for national parks are included.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY This trip is not intended for person in wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility.

BORDER CROSSING, VISA AND HEALTH FORMALITIES EU citizens are not required to have a visa for Croatia. The trip requires an ID or valid passport. Travelers who are not Croatian citizens are required to be informed about the visa regime of the country they are traveling to on the Embassy page of the country of their nationality. Vaccination before the trip is not required. For other health information, we recommend that you consult the World Health Organization website (www.who.int)

TRAVEL HEALTH INSURANCE According to the Act of Tourism Services , Magic Croatia has made a liability insurance contract with the insurer for damage caused to the Traveler, due to partial fulfillment or failure to fulfill obligations under the Package Arrangement. The professional and public liability insurance policy was concluded with Euroherc Insurance Company d.d. The contracted travel price does not include accident and / or illness insurance on the trip, damage and / or luggage insurance, or travel health insurance. The travel organizer is obliged to offer the Contractor /Traveler the above mentioned insurance upon registration for the trip.

INFORMATION ABOUT CONTRACT TERMINATION • Without liability for damages to the Traveler, Magic Croatia may cancel the trip min. 20 days before the start of the trip due to force majeure, and in case of insufficient number of passengers for the trip. • If Magic Croatia cancels the trip, the Traveler, is entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid for the trip, but is not entitled to reimbursement of visa, vaccination or similar services. • A traveler is entitled to a full refund if he / she cancels the journey in writing min. 21 days before the start of the trip, but is not entitled to reimbursement of visa, vaccination or similar services. • If the traveler cancels the travel service, Magic Croatia withheld from the total cost of the travel service: • 20 to 15 days before departure: 20% of the package price • 14 to 8 days before departure: 40% of the package price • 7 to 0 days before departure and in case of no show: 100% of the package price
