Dr Helen McGregor, from the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health, has again been featured by several national publications after her work on El Niño, a climate phenomenon that in Australia triggers destructive floods and crip- pling droughts. Dr McGregor’s study showed that El Niño could vary significantly under climate change.
