Example: In a class of nine (9) or more, first place receives nine (9) points; second place gets eight (8) points; etc. In a class of five (5), first place receives five (5) points; second place gets four (4) points; etc. Awards will be determined on total points earned. Halter is not required —however, Halter points will count towards the High Point Awards (Amateur Halter for Novice Amateur and Select High Points and Youth Halter for Novice Youth High Point). All Amateur and Youth Awards are 1 horse/1rider. You must show all days the classes are held. Jr., Sr., & Amateur Western Pleasure High Points will be awarded in the following divisions: Jr., Sr., & Amateur Trail Open, Amateur , Novice Amateur , Select , Youth , & Novice Youth Jr., Sr., & Amateur Western Riding Open HUS If you do not plan on staying til the end of the show, please have someone pick up your award—they will not be shipped. Circuit Awards Circuit Awards will be awarded in every AQHA class. Halter is not required for these awards. You must show all days the classes are held. Points will be tabulated on a nine point system. Youth Trail Added Money Classes Youth Western Riding Youth Western Pleasure $500 Added Open & Amateur Western/English Jr., Sr., & Amateur Western Pleasure; Jr., Sr., & Amateur Trail; Jr., Sr., Amateur Western Riding, & Open HUS. Must show both days, no additional entry fee—you’re automatically entered! Payback is as follows on Points will be tabulated on a 9 pt. system and is based on the horse only. Placings in each 5 or more entries. $250 Added Youth Western class will be determined on total points Youth Trail, Youth Western Riding, Youth Western Pleasure. Must show both days, no additional entry 1st - 40% earned in that class. You must show both fee—you’re automatically entered! 2nd - 30% days. Halter is not required. They will not be mailed without a completed W-9. The show office will take entries with a Plexiglass shield in place but we highly encour- age electronic transmission of your entries ESPECIALLY because of Covid & USPS delays. A copy of the horse’s AQHA registration papers, the exhibitor’s current AQHA membership card and a current (1 yr.) Coggins test is required to enter. You will not be allowed to show without a July 3, 2021 Mustang Arena current Coggins. Include copies of these items with the Master Sheet. & Add Classes entry 8:00-9:30am Exhibitions $5/run—-60 sec. time limit sheet. You are not required to PreEnter, but who wants to stand in line? AQHA exhibitors must bring copies of registration papers and exhibitor’s membership. However, that combi- nation can switch back and forth between shows. ¨ Oklahoma state law requires every horse entering the grounds possess a current (1 yr.) Coggins. You will not be allowed to show without a current Coggins. ¨ AQHA rules will be strictly enforced by show personnel. CONTESTANT’S NAME ¨ Working order in individually worked classes will be drawn for. YOU MUST GO IN ORDER. ADDRESS/CITY/STATE/ZIP You must ride in your heat in rail classes. Working orders will be announced and posted. Gate calls will be strictly enforced. ¨ Tie breakers for all awards: 1st - Most number of classes shown pertaining to that award; 2nd - Most number first places, second places, etc.; 3rd - Flip a coin. ¨ Youth and amateur classes will receive ribbons. If we miss you in the arena, you can pick PHONE them up at the show office. ¨ All exhibitors must have current 2021 AQHA INDIVIDUAL memberships to compete. Memberships can be purchased at the show office. ¨ The Ford Truck Arena & Mustang Arena will be open for riding after the conclusion of each day’s performance until 6:00am the following morning.
