J. Chris Scalet (2010) Executive Vice President, Global Services, and Chief Information Officer Merck and Co., Inc.

J. Christopher (Chris) Scalet is executive vice president, global services, and chief information officer (CIO) at Merck & Co., Inc., responsible for the company’s information technology and global services functions, which include real estate; facilities services; Lean Six Sigma; shared business services; security; energy; travel and aviation. He is a member of Merck’s executive committee and reports to Merck Chairman, president and chief executive officer Richard T. Clark.

Scalet was formerly with International Paper (IP), where he served as senior vice president and chief information officer, managing information technology and telecommunications strategy, planning, and operations for the world’s largest paper and forest products company. He was a member of IP’s senior leadership team and the company’s eBusiness Steering Committee. Prior to IP, Scalet was vice president and chief information officer at MAPCO, Inc. (now The Williams Co.), a Fortune 250 diversified energy company.

Scalet is on the Board of Directors of the Netezza Corporation, and was past Honorary Conference Chair for the National Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA). He received his bachelor’s degree in management science and computer systems from Oklahoma State University and completed the executive development program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Bill McDermott (2009) President, Global Field Operations, Member, SAP AG Executive Board SAP AG

Bill McDermott is a member of the executive board of SAP AG and serves as President of Global Field Operations, overseeing the company's strategic business activities around the globe. Previously, McDermott was responsible for managing SAP's operations in the , Canada and Latin America and in the Asia Pacific Japan region. Since McDermott's arrival, SAP USA has delivered 25 consecutive quarters of market share gains, revenue growth and customer satisfaction improvements.

Prior to joining SAP, McDermott served as executive vice president of Worldwide Sales and Operations at Siebel Systems, and president of Gartner, Inc. Prior to that he was at Xerox Corporation, where he rose through the ranks to become the company's youngest corporate officer and division president. In 1997, McDermott's division received the Malcolm Baldrige Award.

McDermott has received numerous awards including Idealist of the Year by City Year Greater Philadelphia, Humanitarian of the Year by Triangle, Inc., the Yitzhak Rabin Public Services Award, and the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Applied Technology. In 2005, McDermott was elected to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and to the Chamber Foundation Board.

McDermott received an MBA degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and he completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Graduate School of Management. He received his B.S. degree in business administration from Dowling College. In 2004, McDermott was elected to the Dowling College Board of Trustees and was also recognized by Dowling College as its Alumnus of the Year in 2003.

President and Chief Executive Officer SunGard Data Systems Inc.

Cristóbal I. Conde is SunGard's president and chief executive officer, and a member of its board of directors. SunGard is a Fortune 500 company, headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania. With annual revenue of approximately $5 billion, SunGard is one of the world’s top twenty leading software and IT services companies. Conde was elected chief executive officer in August 2002 and has been a board member since August 1999. He served as chief operating officer between 1999 and 2002 and previously headed up SunGard's Trading Systems division, which he started in 1990.

Under Conde's direction, the Trading Systems division expanded to four groups comprised of twenty-two operating units employing over two thousand staff. In August 2005, Conde was instrumental in turning SunGard private in a leveraged buy-out (LBO) valued at $11.5 billion – at the time the second largest LBO ever. SunGard is now the largest privately held software and IT services company.

Prior to joining SunGard, Conde co-founded Devon Systems International, Inc., which was acquired by SunGard in 1987. At the time, Devon focused on providing systems for the interest rate and currency derivatives markets. Born in Santiago, Chile, Conde holds a B.S. in Astronomy and Physics from Yale University.

Doreen A. Wright (2007) Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Campbell Soup Company

Doreen A. Wright was appointed Campbell's Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2001. She leads the company’s global information technology organization and reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for directing global systems strategy and planning, application development and support, infrastructure, and the telecommunications network.

Prior to joining Campbell, Doreen was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Nabisco. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, managing several retail client service and processing units. In 1984, she joined Bankers Trust Company as Vice President, Institutional Trust and Custody Marketing. For the next 10 years, she held leadership positions as a Managing Director and Senior Vice President of numerous large-scale institutional customer service and technology groups. From 1995 through 1998, Doreen was Senior Vice President, Operations and Systems for Prudential Insurance Company’s Prudential Investment Group.

Doreen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Yankee Candle Company and The Riverside Symphonia, and she is a Trustee of the Campbell Soup Foundation.

Susan J. Unger (2006) Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer DaimlerChrysler AG

Susan J. Unger was named Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for DaimlerChrysler AG effective November 1, 1998. Previously, she was Executive Director - Information Services Department for Chrysler Corporation.

In her current position, she is responsible for directing systems and computer hardware strategy and planning, systems applications development, data center operations and telecommunications network operations for DaimlerChrysler AG.

Unger joined Chrysler Corporation in September 1972, as a financial analyst in Sales and Marketing.

Sue Unger is a board member of CyberMichigan, the Eli Broad Board in the College of Business at Michigan State University (past President) and the Detroit Science Center. She is also a member of the Research Board; the Kleiner Perkins CIO Strategy Exchange Forum; the Automotive Women’s Alliance; the University of Michigan College of Engineering National Advisory Committee; the Wayne State University Foundation Board; the President's Campaign Cabinet at Michigan State University; and the Interstate University Investment Committee. She also served on Michigan's Judicial Information Systems Advisory Commission.

Recent awards include the 2005 Automotive News 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry and the 2004 Phoenix Mill Women’s Museum Pioneer Award. In 2003, she received the Michigan State University Alumni Service Award and the Association of Women in Computing Top American Women award. In 2002, she was named CIO of the Year by Salomon Smith Barney, Distinguished Alumnus of the Year by Wayne State University School of Business Administration and one of Detroit’s Most Influential Women by Crain's Detroit Business. She received the 2002 Broad College Outstanding Alumni Award from Michigan State University and the Automation Alley 2002 CIO of the Year award. Ms. Unger was named one of BtoB Magazine’s Top 25 eChampions in 2001.

Unger was born in Detroit, Michigan.

Ford Calhoun (2005) Senior Vice President Information Technology and Chief Information Officer GlaxoSmithKline

Ford Calhoun was appointed CIO of GlaxoSmithKline in July 2001 and is also a member of the Corporate Executive Team. Calhoun is responsible for approximately 1200 employees and has led successful projects on implementing global email systems, global data centers, standardization, global IP communications, global collaboration applications and Business-to-Business applications. Under Calhoun’s leadership GSK is making a major push to implement Six Sigma to increase IT accountability.

Previously, Calhoun has served as Senior Vice President, Information Technology. He joined SmithKline Beecham in 1984 to head US-based information technology and information management within R&D. His responsibilities expanded to include key processes in drug development, bioinformatics, competitor analysis and process management within global R&D. Calhoun transferred to SB's Healthcare Services division in 1998 to lead its information technology organization and to drive the development of information products.

Calhoun has held faculty appointments at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He received his PhD from the University of Georgia in microbiology (genetics). He subsequently completed postdoctoral fellowships in biomathematics at North Carolina State University and in Computers in Medicine at Mount Sinai.

George C. Nolen (2004) President and Chief Executive Officer, Siemens Corporation

George C. Nolen leads Siemens Corporation in the United States. The $16.6 billion U.S. company is a technology leader with 65,000 employees. He is also Chairman of the Board of Siemens One (the U.S. company’s cross-selling and solutions arm) and is on the board of the Siemens Foundation, which is dedicated to the support of science, mathematics and technology education in America’s high schools.

carriers, cable providers and enterprises. George was responsible for bringing the ICN division back to profitability in 2003.

From 1998 to 2002, George was President and CEO of Siemens Enterprise Networks LLC. He was responsible for successfully building the enterprise business into a cohesive customer-focused solutions provider. In doing so, he was instrumental in growing Siemens' worldwide Enterprise unit into a more profitable, multi-billion dollar business.

George joined Siemens in 1982 as a member of the sales force. He went on to serve as senior vice president of sales and service for Siemens Business Communication Systems, Inc., where he was responsible for channels, accounts, support centers, telesales, and enhanced services within North America.

George is a member of the United States Chamber of Commerce (Washington, DC). He is also a member of The Business Roundtable, where he serves on the Security Task Force, and a member of NYC2012, the organization seeking to host the 2012 Olympics in New York City.

George is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Andrea Anania (2003) Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, CIGNA Corporation

Andrea Anania was named executive vice president and chief information officer of CIGNA Corporation in March 2001. She reports directly to chairman and CEO H. Edward Hanway.

In her role as chief information officer, she is responsible for all systems development, data processing and telecommunications functions worldwide for CIGNA, a Fortune 500 company. Her staff consists of 3,000 individuals primarily in four locations across the country.

Anania joined CIGNA in 1995 as senior vice president and division systems information officer for CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services. During her tenure she assumed responsibility for the customer support function in addition to her systems responsibility.

Previously, she served with UNISYS Corporation for 20 years with assignments in technical support, sales and product management. Prior to leaving UNISYS, Anania was a managing principal with profit and loss responsibility for all service lines for one of four regional areas.

She is a member of the Information Technology Board of the United Way and chairperson of the Philadelphia CIGNA March of Dimes Campaign 2001. She serves on the CIO Advisory Board of the Business School of Villanova University.

She received a bachelor's degree from Queens College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bruce Fadem (2002) Vice President of Information Services, Chief Information Officer American Home Products/Wyeth Pharmaceuticals

Mr. Fadem is responsible for providing information technology strategic direction to the Corporation (formerly American Home Products) and its operating divisions. He also manages the Corporation's information technology shared services operations and technology organization and the business application solution units. Mr. Fadem joined the Corporation in September 1995 as head of Wyeth-Ayerst domestic information technology and was promoted to his current position in November 1997.

Prior to joining Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories, Mr. Fadem spent twelve years with BankAmerica Corporation in a variety of information technology positions including: responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of the Retail Bank's information technology systems; responsible for all business application development worldwide: and responsible for selection, development, and deployment of all hardware and system software. From 1971 to 1983 Mr. Fadem was employed by First Pennsylvania Bank N.A. where he served as Chief Information Officer from 1978 to 1983.

Kent Seinfeld (2001) Chief Information Officer Commerce Bank

Kent Seinfeld has been the Chief Information Officer of Commerce Bank for two years. Commerce is a very successful and rapidly growing bank, based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. Kent was a consultant for the five years prior to joining Commerce. As a consultant, he specialized in enterprise architecture development. In this capacity, he led efforts to define and establish enterprise architectures and the supporting planning processes at a pharmaceutical firm, an insurance company, a Russian bank, and a Canadian cable and telecommunications company.

Prior to his role as a consultant, Kent was an IT senior vice president and served in three different positions with CoreStates (Wachovia/First Union) Bank. First, he was the CIO of First Pennsylvania Bank prior to its acquisition by CoreStates. After the merger, Kent became the manager of systems development for the MAC ATM and POS network. Subsequent to the spin-off of MAC, Kent founded and managed the Strategic Technology Planning group. This group was responsible for the development of the bankwide client/server systems architecture, computing standards, systems development methodologies and a workflow and document imaging infrastructure.

Kent was the founder and manager of the Technology Planning and Research group at CIGNA, a global insurance and financial services company where he was responsible for computing standards, security policy, development methodologies, and the research and development program. Kent was the CIO for Girard Bank (now Mellon Bank/Philadelphia). Earlier in his tenure, he was the principal architect in the design and implementation of a large- scale highly integrated banking system. This system evolved into the foundation of the George Network, one of the first large ATM and Bank-by-Phone networks. Kent has a bachelors degree in mathematics from NYU and a masters degree in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Anne Mullins (2010) CISO and Vice President, Corporate Information Security Lockheed Martin Corporation

Anne Mullins serves as the Lockheed Martin Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President of Corporate Information Security. In this role, she is responsible for Lockheed Martin’s information security strategy to assess business risks and deploy mitigating solutions across the enterprise. Her team is responsible for information policy, governance, security engineering, test, operations, vulnerability management, and cyber threat detection and response.

Anne has more than 23-years of extensive management and technology experience. She previously served as Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management with responsibility for enterprise supply chain strategy and policy, a supplier diversity program and more than 1,000 corporate sourcing agreements valued at $6B. She has also served as the Director of Systems Engineering and Technology at Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems and Global Services business where she led a matrix organization of engineers and technologists specializing in modeling and analysis of network, ground, space, remote sensing, and communications systems as well as enterprise cost, risk, and schedule assessment. Anne also held the position of Director of Information Access in Lockheed Martin’s Enterprise Information Systems, and was responsible for the cohesive strategy and rapid deployment of the Lockheed Martin enterprise portal.

Additional roles have included Transformation Manager with Lockheed Martin’s Management and Data Systems Company, Director of Branding and User Experience at Breakaway Solutions, and various positions with then General Electric/Martin Marietta including Program Manager, New Business Capture Manager and System Analysis Manager.

Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University. She is a graduate of General Electric’s Edison Engineering Program and the Lockheed Martin Program Manager Development Program. Anne, her husband Bob, and their two children, Christian and Kathleen, reside near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.

Jonathan A. Brassington (2009) Founding Partner, Chief Executive Officer LiquidHub Inc.

Jonathan A. Brassington is the CEO and a Founding Partner of LiquidHub, a technology consultancy and systems integrator, where he manages Consulting Operations, Finance, and Personnel Development. In addition, he acts as a strategic consultant in engagements with LiquidHub clients.

Mr. Brassington was formerly a Partner with Broadreach Consulting, where he was accountable for the Consulting Services organization. Prior to his role as Partner, Mr. Brassington was the Vice- President of Management Consulting at Broadreach, where he managed and participated in eBusiness strategy and management consulting projects. Mr. Brassington also functioned in a variety of IT roles with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Nabisco Brands.

He received his dual BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from College Misericordia, and a cross-disciplinary Masters degree in Telecommunications Operations from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Brassington is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, a Wharton Fellow, and a trustee of Misericordia University.

Matthew Charles Mullenweg (2008) Founder, Primary Developer, Chief BBQ Taste Tester Automattic Inc.

Matthew C. Mullenweg is an entrepreneur who is the founding developer of WordPress, the blogging software that is used by thousands of bloggers and read by millions around the world. Mullenweg is also the founder, primary developer, and Chief BBQ Taste Tester of Automattic, a privately held firm that is responsible for WordPress.com, Akismet, an anti spam service, and other tools.

Previously, Mullenweg worked at CNET on blogs and new media offerings. WordPress was started in 2003, and since then Mullenweg has worked on developing the open source software and several related tools. He also co- founded the Global Multimedia Protocols Group, which was an effort to represent human relationships on the web. Later, he co-wrote Ping-O-Matic, a blog notification tool. More recently, he worked on releasing Akismet, a distributed anti spam service.

Mullenweg is frequently cited by the media on Web 2.0 and the open source movement and is a frequent speaker at conferences. He was one of the keynote speakers at BlogWorld Expo 2007. In March 2007, Mullenweg was named #16 of the 50 Most Important People on the Web by PC World. He also serves as an advisor to Sphere and WeGame. Mullenweg is an avid Jazz musician, photographer, and of course blogger.

Frank R. Sanchez (2007) President, Enterprise Solutions Fidelity National Information Services, Inc.

Frank R. Sanchez is the President of the Enterprise Banking and Retail Solutions division of Fidelity National Information Services. His responsibilities include the strategy, architecture and development of the banking suite of products, including core banking, integration and channel solutions. He also has responsibility for the Auto Finance business and the Commercial Lending businesses within FIS. Sanchez also has revenue responsibility for Strategic accounts which consists of top-tier US and global institutions as well as specific product line revenues.

Prior to joining FIS in January 2003, Frank was the CEO of Sanchez Computer Associates, a public banking technology company that specialized in real-time banking systems for the global market, enterprise customer integration systems and complete internet banking outsourcing. Frank began his career at Sanchez in 1980 and fulfilled many organizational functions including product architecture and engineering, sales and marketing and executive management. He designed and built the industry’s first highly scalable real-time banking system which has successfully been installed in hundreds of financial institutions spanning 16 countries. In 2001, he deployed the industry’s first core banking system on a Linux platform. technology innovations to the financial services and IT industry and has received numerous individual and corporate achievement awards.

Frank served on the technical advisory board for high performance system at Digital Equipment from 1986 – 1991. He was a director of Transaction Systems Architects from 2003 – 2005. He currently serves on the board of Covansys and the Penn State University remote campus curriculum advisory board. Frank attended the University of Connecticut where he studied astrophysics and finance.

Jeffrey Citron (2006) Co-founder, Chairman, & Chief Strategist Vonage Holdings Corporation

Co-founder, Chairman, & Chief Strategist, Jeffrey Citron is a technology pioneer and visionary who transformed the financial services industry and is now aiming to redefine the telecommunications industry. Vonage Holdings Corporation has quickly become the leading supplier and name brand associated with Voice over IP (VOIP).

Mr. Citron spearheaded some of the more revolutionary financial services developments over the past decade. In 1995, Mr. Citron founded The Island ECN, a computerized trading system designed to eliminate the problems associated with order execution. Instinet Group recently acquired The Island ECN for $503 million. Today, the newly merged company is one of the largest global financial exchanges and is responsible for more than one in four NASDAQ trades.

Following on the success of The Island ECN, Mr. Citron founded and became the Chairman and CEO of Datek Online Holdings Corporation as Datek transitioned into the online brokerage industry. Under his leadership, Datek had grown to become the fourth largest online brokerage in the US and was recently acquired by Ameritrade Holdings for $1.3 billion. Mr. Citron departed Datek in 1999 and, recognizing a similar opportunity, founded Vonage.

Apart from his entrepreneurial activities, Mr. Citron is continually pursuing philanthropic initiatives. He currently serves on the board of the Montclair Art Museum and through his family foundation, routinely funds medical research, supports the Arts and dedicates his time and resources to children's charities.

Niraj Patel (2005) Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer GMAC Commercial Holding Corporation

The Information Technology (IT) department at GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. (GMACCH) is considered the best in the family of General Motors (GM) subsidiaries, known most notably for its dedication to implementing leading edge technologies that improve business performance and operational efficiencies. Led by Niraj Patel, Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), the IT department has built the company’s technology from the ground up and was praised as the Best of Breed in web technologies for all of General Motors. Patel serves as a key player in the company’s long- term business strategies and has helped the organization grow by exponential rates since 1994.

In his present role as EVP and CIO, Patel oversees a staff of more than 600 and guides the corporation’s worldwide activities in application development, infrastructure, telecommunications, and business unit support. He has been a frequent speaker on well-respected industry panels such as the 3Com Technology Committee and at professional conferences such as the Mortgage Bankers Technology Conference. Patel sits on executive boards for GMACCH, MortgageRamp, Group Bazin, and Deskom. In addition, he is the senior manager for McCracken Financial Services (MFS), oversees its fiscal management and budget approval, and holds executive responsibility for its customer list of external clients. Both the President of MFS and CIO of GMAC Commercial Holding Capital Corp. (GMACCHCC) report directly to Patel.

Patel’s career has included many senior-level management and technology positions in the mortgage industry. As Vice-President of Advanced Technology for GMAC Mortgage, he achieved important industry firsts and has continued that tradition of innovation as EVP and CIO. Among Patel’s accomplishments are developing Investor Query (IQ), the first investor reporting website in the commercial mortgage industry, serving as a founding member

in charge of technology for MortgageRamp, and expanding the international presence of GMACCH. He also led the implementation of the first Frame Relay Wide Area Network (WAN), the first production 1000 Gigabyte network, the first 100 Megabyte Ethernet, and the first production versions of both Windows 95 and Windows XP.

Most recently, Patel has been instrumental in rolling out GMACCH’s MPLS Masergy Network, deploying voice and video over IP throughout the enterprise, and establishing IT best practices through industry certifications such as SysTrust. Furthermore, he has served in a leadership capacity for GMACCH’s involvement in Microsoft joint development projects (JDP), such as Windows XP, .NET and Speech .NET.

Patel is frequently featured in both technology and mortgage publications. His technical goals and achievements have been documented in many industry publications, such as Network World, Information Week, Banking Strategies, Computerworld, American Banker, and PC Week. Under Patel’s direction, GMACCH IT has won a number of industry awards, including Computerworld’s 2002 Best Places to Work in IT (United States), CIO Forum’s Top Financial IT Executive of 2002, and DataMirror’s 2003 Real-Time Enterprise Award for Integration. Patel is the also recipient of the 2004 CIO 100 Award – Agile 100, Realcomm Top 25 People to Watch in Commercial Real Estate for 2004, and CIO Forum Top Financial IT Executive of 2003-2004.

Patel holds a bachelor’s degree from the Fox School of Business and Management in Computer and Information Sciences (now MIS), Temple University.

Paul H. Russell (2004) Chairman and Co-founder, Fiberlink Communications Corporation

Since co-founding the company in 1991, Paul has been instrumental in creating the company's vision, building a topnotch management team and securing the funding that has enabled Fiberlink to become a leading provider of managed Internet-based virtual private networks.

Most recently, Fiberlink received financing of $50 million from Technology Crossover Ventures. Paul is a successful entrepreneur with a track record of growing companies by recognizing and acting on opportunities in the marketplace. He picks strong, driven management teams with an eye on revenue growth.

Before co-founding Fiberlink with James Sheward, Paul owned Active Amusement Distributors, a distributor of coin- operated amusement and vending equipment. After tripling the company's revenues over 5 years he sold the company in 1989 for $8,000,000.

He also owns Russell Associates, Inc., a company that imports safety products from Europe and distributes them throughout the world. Over the years he has invested his profits wisely by developing several commercial and residential real estate projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

James Sheward (2004) Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder, and Director, Fiberlink Communications Corporation

Jim built the team and secured the funding that has enabled Fiberlink to become a leading provider of managed Internet-based virtual private networks. Rob McCord (2003) Chairman, Eastern Technology Council Managing Director, PA Early Stage Partners

Rob McCord is a venture capitalist, teacher, and chairman of the Eastern Technology Council. As a venture capitalist, McCord serves as a managing director of Pennsylvania Early Stage Partners. These funds provide seed and early-stage funding and guidance for technology companies in the Eastern Corridor.

At the Technology Council, McCord helps top executives of more than 1,000 member companies raise capital and find valuable contacts, capital, and information. He also leads a staff that provides innovative educational and financial programs, events, and publications.

As a teacher and a lecturer, McCord has worked as a senior fellow and adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and at Haverford College. In 1992, while he was a student at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Josh co- founded Infonautics Corporation – an Internet information company. In 1996, Infonautics went public on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Josh left Infonautics to found Half.com in July of 1999, and led it to become one of the largest sellers of used books, movies and music in the world. Half.com was acquired by eBay in July 2000 -- and Josh remained with eBay for three years, running the Half.com business unit and growing eBay’s Media marketplace to almost half a billion dollars in annual gross merchandise sales.

In early 2004 Josh helped to found TurnTide, an anti-spam company that created the world's first anti-spam router. TurnTide was acquired by Symantec just six months later.

Prior to forming First Round Capital, Josh served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Comcast Interactive Capital - a $350 million venture capital fund affiliated with Comcast Corporation. Josh is an inventor on five U.S. Patents for his work in Internet technology. In June 2000, he was awarded Ernst and Young’s prestigious “Entrepreneur of the Year” award for the Greater Philadelphia region. Joe Weiss is Chairman of Electronic Ink, a leading international design firm. Mr. Garrett has more than 27 years experience in consulting and IT services. Sondra L. Barbour (2005) Vice President Operations and Chief Information Officer Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems & Solutions

Sondra Barbour is the CIO and vice president of Operations for Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems & Solutions (IS&S), a $4 billion business area of the Lockheed Martin Corporation. Headquartered in Gaithersburg, Md., IS&S employs over 15,000 people with key locations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Arizona, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Ms. Barbour is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and future directions of IS&S technical infrastructure, enterprise applications, facilities, support services, publications, employee health & safety, and supply chain. She is also responsible for IS&S activities under the Lockheed Martin LM21 Operating Excellence initiative.

Most recently, Sondra had served as director of the IS&S Transformation Program, orchestrating efforts to re- engineer business processes and leverage technology to improve productivity, saving the company more than $220 million over the last four years. She also managed the development of the IS&S employee portal.

She has 19 years experience in the design and development of large scale information systems. Sondra is a volunteer with Lockheed Martins’ Network of Volunteer Associates, an organization volunteering time and resources to give back to the community.
