    BRIAN PATTERSON SPORTS PERFORMANCE CENTER An exciting new chapter in the storied history of Rice Stadium and Rice Athletics debuts this fall when the Owls move into their sparkling new end zone facility, the Brian Patterson Sports Perfor- mance Center. The fully-funded $33 million project includes a 60,000-square-foot, two-story structure that houses a weight room, a home team locker room, coaching and staff offices, an auditorium, a football team lounge and areas for training and sports medicine that include hydrotherapy, plunge pools and exam rooms. The weight room and sports medicine areas will be available to student-athletes from all sports at Rice. The new building features a glass wall on the side facing the football field that offers a view of the weight rooms on the ground and second floors. The other three sides will be made of brick that complements the color of the brick on the rest of the stadium. White columns supporting the roof will be similar to the columns in other parts of the stadium. A concrete ramp will provide access to the football field. Fans will also benefit from the dramatic upgrade in facilities with the installation of a new Daktronics video system Rice Stadium will also feature two acoustically transparent video displays in front of the venue’s speaker systems. These free-form LED stick applications will measure 29 feet high by 10 feet wide to provide additional video and graphics capabilities in a space typically used for fixed signage. These displays will provide flexibility to show multiple sponsorship messages throughout an event or additional graphics to pump up the crowd at key moments during the game.

Other highly regarded programs Penn St, Texas, Georgia and Nebraska had only 1 player drafted over the seven rounds. Power 5 conferences accounting for over 70% of all picks this year. The lower levels had 21 players chosen over 7 rounds. The highest selected non-FBS player taken this year was Ashland TE Adam Shaheen who was selected 45th overall by the Bears. Villanova DE Tanoh Kpassagnon was taken later in the 2nd round by the Chiefs.

That is proven shortly just a few years later when players in the 2nd, 3rd and even undrafted free agents outperform 1st round players. The all too common solution of grading a draft is simply giving teams a grade based on your perceived value based on YOUR evaluations of a player. You can guess an experts' individual team's draft ranking based on that particular draft experts 'big board' before the draft. If they ABSOLUTELY love a particular player and 'said' team drafts him, you can be sure that particular team is going to receive high marks from that draft expert. In this article, I want to rank each team's draft and undrafted free agents based off not just MY evaluation of the players, but the common consensus among several draft experts. Combining that with value and team need is vitally important. That is why I am going to keep all those in mind when I rank each individual team. 1 / 13 Arizona Cardinals Grade: B Overview: I love Haason Reddick and I genuinely think he can be a stud pass rusher. I trust Arians and the Cardinals coaching staff to use him and put him in the right places to make plays. Budda Baker is a stud and will be a ridiculous partner with Tyrann Mathieu in the secondary. Chad Williams is a good player that WOWed at the senior bowl but was over drafted in my views when better players were on the board still.
