The City of Jacksonville has adopted in Jacksonville Municipal Code Chapter 106, Part 1 Section 106.109 Capital Improvement Funding a “Five-Year Capital Improvements Plan that is designed to be financially feasible and provides the funding source and amount of funding for the capital costs of each project, and the funding source and amount of funding for the anticipated post-construction operation costs of each project”. The Five-Year Capital Improvements Plan shall be filed and approved each fiscal year concurrently with the annual budget”. The adopted Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for a five-year period beginning October 1, 2016 through the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021 includes location, funding and expenses for projects with current fiscal year appropriations.
