Bay Street and into the new Duval County Courthouse accommodate Adams Street thereby creating sufficient space in the Courthouse Annex to criminal depositions in Duval County; OR BK 16009 PAGE 1988 _ WHEREAS, the new Duval County Courthouse on 501 West Adams Street has deposition rooms and a state-of-the-art security system; WHEREAS, the Courthouse Annex and new Duval County Courthouse are equipped with armed officers and magnetometers, providing the appropriate security measures necessary to ensure the safety of the individuals involved; WHEREAS, the proximity of the Courthouse Annex to the Duval County Jail and its of security measures makes the Annex conducive as a venue for the taking of depositions incarcerated witnesses; WHEREAS, the Courthouse Annex at 220 East Bay Street has the added convenience of ample parking; NOW THEREFORE, by the authority vested in me as the Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit and pursuant to the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, it is ORDERED that: in criminal cases in which the Public 1.
