Flik Catering believes you should be a guest at your own affair. We take the necessary steps to ensure a successful and enjoyable event for you and your clients, friends, family and co-workers. From professional wait staff and bartenders, to rentals and décor of the highest quality and appearance, Flik Catering promises to impress on every occasion.

Whether you desire an elegant evening with fine china, luxurious linen and tuxedoed staff or a trendy theme night with all the concepts in event design, Flik Catering team has the experience and the vision to make your ideas reality.

Catering Arrangements Following initial contracting of the facility, Flik will assist in planning the menu and catering service. Events can either be booked by calling the Flik Sales office at 312.653.7091 or by emailing [email protected]. All event details should be arranged a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. Last minute bookings may be subject to a late fee.

Special Dietary Restrictions We will accommodate all guests needs with special dietary restrictions including vegetarian, gluten and kosher. Please let your event planner know when planning your menu.

CANCELLATION POLICY Standard orders cancelled with 24 hour or more notice will not be charged. A cancellation fee shall assessed for any order canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the event.

Types of Service Drop off & Self Service Drop off and self service is recommended for beverage services, continental breakfasts, and simple buffets for under 25 people. This level of service includes paper and disposable ware and buffet linens as necessary. Your buffet will be beautifully presented and ready to start at the time specified on your event order. An attendant may be added for an additional fee.

Waited Buffet Service This service level is recommended for receptions, luncheons reserving more than 25 guests. Tabletop linens are provided for banquet tables. All steps of service (beverage, dessert, etc) will be presented as a buffet service.

Formal Table Service Full waited service is available for formal luncheons, dinners and cocktail receptions. Specialty linens, china, equipment rentals and floral centerpieces are available for an additional charge per person
