PSYCHOLOGIST ON CONTRACT BASIS.

NOTE: The notified posts will be increased or decreased as per the instructions of the Govt./District Selection Committee and roaster points accordingly, at a later date. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

4) B.Sc Degree with B.Z.C in first class (or) B.Sc (Life science) in first class with P.G. 2 Lab-Technician Gr-II Diploma in PledicaI Lab Technology issued by NIMS, Hyd (or) 5) P.G. Diploma in Clinical Bio-Chemistry course of the University recognized by U.G.C. All the above must have registered with A.P. Paramedical Board.

1) Intermediate 2) 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy Course recognized by Pharmacist Gr.II Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. 3 Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council. Pass in the C.R.A. Examination ; Provided that preference shall be given to a candidate who in addition, possesses a degree of B.A., B.Sc., M.Sc., MA., 4 Radiographer B.Sc.(Hons.) or B.A. (Hons.) of any recognised University with Physics as main subject. Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board

1.Must posses a Degree of M.A. (Psychology) of a University in India established for incorporated by or under a central Act., provincial Act or a State Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification. 5 Child Psychologist 2.Must posses a P.G. Diploma in Child Psychology and Family relations of a University recognized by University Grants Commission or a M.Ed. or B.Ed., from a recognized Institution. SELECTION PROCESS & SERVICE WEIGHTAGE:

CRITERIA WEIGHTAGE (TOTAL MARKS 100)

Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying 75% examination Up to 15% i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area. Weightage for experience of ii)2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area. Govt. Service including iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban contract/outsourcing service areas. Only completed six months period will be taken as a Unit for calculation.

Weightage for No.of years Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed since passing qualifying examination year after acquiring requisite qualification.

Cutoff date for calculation of weightage is 01.07.2020.

DEPARTMENT’S DECISION IS FINAL:

The decision of the department/District Selection Committee pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection, as the case may be, and conduct of the counseling and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned under the powers vested with it. The department/DSC also reserves its right and modify and regarding terms and conditions laid down in notification for conducting the various stages up to selection duly intimating details thereof to all concerned as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process.

Enclosure of certificates to the application:

The application should contain all relevant certificates mentioned in the check list or any so required. No documents shall be accepted from the candidate after completion of due date i.e., 22.07.2020 by 05.00 PM.

The Candidate shall submit all self attested documents and shall held responsible and accountable for submission. The candidate shall produce original documents post declaration of draft merit list in prescribed time and venue which shall be announced in the notice board/district website.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:

The filled in applications shall be submitted manually or by Register Post on or before 22.07.2020 by 5 PM to the O/o.District Medical & Health Officer, Prakasam Bhavan, Prakasam District, Ongole, except on public holidays.

Age:

OC candidate should not have completed 42 years as on 01.07.2020 (Should not have been born before 01.07.1978).

Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as detailed below:

Shall be allowed to deduct from his/her age a period of 3 years in 3 Ex-servicemen addition of 3 years to the length of service rendered by her in the armed forces.

Reservation: Rule of Reservation will apply as per AP State Govt. Rules in force. Remuneration: As per GO Ms.No.64 HM&FW (A1) Dept., Dt.10.06.2020. Selection Process: Purely on Merit and following the Rule of Reservation.

Disposal of objections & certificates verification in 1:2 Ratio : 05.08.2020 to 07.08.2020. 7.Publication of Final Merit List : 08.08.2020 8.Issue of appointment orders : 10.08.2020

The selected candidates shall join their duties at the opted places with 48 hours from the date of receipt of appointment orders.
