Please bring this copy. www.venice.coe.int CDL-REF(2012)003 - 2 - The Parliament - relying on Hungary’s legislative traditions based on popular representation; - guaranteeing that in Hungary the source of public power shall be the people, which shall pri- marily exercise its power through its elected representatives in elections which shall ensure the free expression of the will of voters; - ensuring the right of voters to universal and equal suffrage as well as to direct and secret bal- lot; - considering that political parties shall contribute to creating and expressing the will of the peo- ple; - recognising that the nationalities living in Hungary shall be constituent parts of the State and shall have the right ensured by the Fundamental Law to take part in the work of Parliament; - guaranteeing furthermore that Hungarian citizens living beyond the borders of Hungary shall be a part of the political community; in order to enforce the Fundamental Law, pursuant to Article XXIII, Subsections (1), (4) and (6), and to Article 2, Subsections (1) and (2) of the Fundamental Law, hereby passes the following Act on the substantive rules for the elections of Hungary’s Members of Parliament: 1. Interpretive provisions Section 1 For the purposes of this Act: Residence: the residence defined by the Act on the Registration of the Personal Data and Resi- dence of Citizens; in the case of citizens without residence, their current addresses. -

Analysene viser at det de siste 100-150 år har vært økning både i temperatur og nedbør. Denne økningen vil fortsette, og for temperatur blir økningen fram mot år 2100 vesentlig større enn for de siste hundre år. Rapporten inkluderer framskrivninger av endring i middeltemperatur, total nedbør og kraftig nedbør framover i dette århundre. Rapporten beskriver også kort hendelser med flom og skred. STATUS OF BATS WITHIN THE WALLONIAN TERRITORY There are 20 species of bat resident in the Walloon Region. Different species find their extension limits on this territory. This fact means that the geographical position is strategic to follow the sense of the general dynamic of those species population : - to the north: Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Rhinolophus hipposideros, Myotis emarginatus ; - to the south: Myotis dasycneme. The territory is situated on the migration route at least for Myotis dasycneme, Pipistrellus nathusii, Nyctalus noctula 1. Summary details of the species : Situation similar to the report of the year 2000. -

For Odda sentrum er det søkt om status som typisk turiststad i perioden 1. mai til 30. september. For Jondal er det søkt om status som typisk turiststad i perioden 1. mars til 1. oktober. Saksdokumenta vart sendt på høyring 02.04.2020, med frist for innspel 15.05.2020. Vedtak Med heimel i lov 24. februar 1995 nr. 12 om helligdager og helligdagsfred § 5 sjette ledd, jf. andre ledd nr. 4, godkjenner vi i forskrift følgjande: Jondal i Ullensvang kommune får status som typisk turiststad i perioden 1.mai til 31. august Odda sentrum i Ullensvang kommune får status som typisk turiststad i perioden 1.mai til 31.august. Bakgrunn for saka Etter søknader og interesse frå daglegvarebutikkar og andre næringsdrivande i Jondal og Odda, vart det gjort vedtak i Ullensvang kommunestyre 25.03.2020 i sak 067/20 og sak 068/20, om å søkje Fylkesmannen om at begge stadene gjennom forskrift får status som typiske turiststader i sommarsesongen. Søknaden vart sendt frå Ullensvang kommune til Fylkesmannen 25.03.2020. Søknadane og saksdokumenta vart sendt på høyring 02.04.2020. Grunngjevinga for søknadane kan oppsummerast slik: Daglegvarebutikkar kan dokumentere betydeleg høgare omsetnad i sommarmånadane enn elles i året. -

KII - Kulturarv KII - Arealplan (Førde) Vår referanse 2020/35771-3 Dato 29.01.2020 «MOTTAKERNAVN» «ADRESSE» «POSTNR» «POSTSTED» «KONTAKT» Innvilga søknad om dispensasjon for Krossdalselvi kraftverk - Ullensvang kommune (tidlegare Jondal kommune) - Vestland fylke Konflikt med kulturminne-id. 262867 og 262881 - busetnad-aktivitetsområde frå mellomalder- nyare tid Vi viser til overføring av konsesjon og vedtak om forlenga byggefrist for Krossdalselvi kraftverk i Ullensvang kommune (tidlegare Jondal kommune) i Vestland fylke datert 20.06.2019 og til detaljplan for miljø og landskap for Vassendelva kraftverk og Krossdalselvi kraftverk datert 15.11.2019. Vi viser også til brev datert 27.01.2020 frå Universitetsmuseet i Bergen og framlegg til budsjett og prosjektplan for gjennomføring av arkeologisk gransking (utgraving og etterarbeid). I haust 2019 gjennomførte Hordaland fylkeskommune arkeologiske registreringar i tiltaksområde for Vassendelva kraftverk og Krossdalselva kraftverk. Registreringa resulterte i påvising av tre automatisk freda kulturminne: to busetnad-aktivitetsområde frå mellomalder-nyare tid (id. 262867 og id. 262881) og ein kolgroplokalitet med to kolgroper (id. 262889) frå overgangen mellom mellomalder-nyare tid. Delar av det planlagde Krossdalselvi kraftverk er i konflikt med to busetnad-aktivitetsområde frå mellomalder-nyare tid, id. 262867 og 262881 som er automatisk freda i medhald av lov 1978 nr. 50 om kulturminne (kulturminnelova) § 4 fyrste ledd. Begge lokalitetane ligg på Molve gnr. 322, bnr. 2 og 3 i Ullensvang kommune i Vestland fylke. Kolgroplokaliteten id. 262889 skal bevarast. Lovheimel og mynde I samsvar med kulturminnelova § 3 fyrste ledd er inngrep i automatisk freda kulturminne forbode med mindre det er gitt løyve etter kulturminnelova § 8. The Minister will publish the invitation to tender, adjudge the bids and conclude the concession contract in coopera tion with the Hungarian Mining and Geological Service (MBFSZ) in accordance with the Concessions Act and the Mining Act. Bids that meet the tender specifications will be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee set up by the Minister. On the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee the Minister will issue the decision awarding the concession, on the basis of which the Minister may then conclude the concession contract with the successful bidder in accordance with Section 5(1) of the Concessions Act (1).
