Lasvit Projects Institutional CENTRAL BANK OF KUWAIT The Central Bank of Kuwait recently opened its new headquarters in Sharq, Kuwait City under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. When commissioning the new headquarters, the Central Bank of Kuwait requested an iconic world-class building that would proudly stand as new landmark. The 42-storey tower is now one the tallest buildings of the Kuwait City skyline. Moon The Governor’s Entrance is adorned with a nearly four-meter blue Moon. Inspired by night sky and stars, this dynamically-lit lighting sculpture represents an artistic vision of a planet in space. The sphere creates an impression of infi nite surface, covered with hand-blown glass cones. Its random texture, along with internal programmed LEDs, creates a play of light and color that energizes the imagination.
