The Parish Council meets in the Morrison Room, Binley Woods Village Hall at 7.30pm. Meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month, but this may vary at Christmastime and during the summer holiday period. Members of the public are welcome to attend Parish Council meetings. There is a standing agenda item at the start of each meeting where members of the public can raise concerns and ask questions. Meetings are advertised on the Parish Council noticeboards around the village. Minutes of previous Parish Council meetings are available on the Parish Council website (www.binleywoods.org) or by written request to the Clerk.

REPORTING PROBLEMS IN THE VILLAGE If you are aware of a problem in the village, here is a list of who to contact: Abandoned Vehicles: Report abandoned vehicles to Car Clear (a partnership between the Council, Fire Service and Police) on 0800 169 9900. Crime: If you spot a crime or a suspected crime in progress, or anything suspicious in the village, dial 999 immediately. To provide information about a crime that has happened, contact the local police on 101. Dog Fouling: If you spot an owner not picking up after their pet, report this to the Rugby Borough Council Dog Warden Service on 01788 533857 or by e-mail to [email protected]. Fraud: If you have been the victim of fraud, contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or visit their website www.actionfraud.police.uk. Graffiti: Report any graffiti (except on the graffiti wall in the back field!) to Rugby Borough Council on 01788 533324 or e-mail [email protected]. Grass Verges: Problems with grass verges should be reported to the Parish Council. E-mail the clerk at [email protected] or call 01788 521046.
