So next time you are planning a camp please convert, just put on the top of your 'Notification to Camp Form' - 'Appraisal needed' when you send it to your Region Outdoor Activities Co-ordinator (ROAC) along with a copy of your program, menu, budget and Risk management plan (check the website for examples of Risk Management planning). Your ROAC or appraiser will contact you further. You must camp in the environment of your qualification each three years to keep it current.
