he Huntington Woods Men’s Club was formed PAST AUCTION PROJECTS in 1975 by 24 charter members as a community service organization serving the city of Huntington 2019 Shade Elements at Burton Community Park TWoods. Over the years, the Club has grown to over 150 2018 Emergency Generator and Transfer Switch members and has lived up to its charter. Members have 2017 Continuing renovation of Scotia Park volunteered countless time and energy in support of 2016 Renovation of Scotia Park community service activities. 2015 Pool Scoreboard and Timing System Through the Club’s fundraising efforts, well over $2,000,000 has been raised and donated back to the city 2014 Burton Community Park for special events and projects. The Club’s annual Service 2013 Burton Community Park Auction each spring is one of the highlights of the year for 2012 Tree Maintenance Program the Club and the community. We also have three other 2011 Single Stream Recycling Carts fundraisers throughout the year: a ticket raffle as part of the July 4th celebration, cider & donut sale in the fall in 2010 Solar Panels at the Rec Center conjunction with the Women’s League and a golf outing to 2009 Pool Deck Renovation raise money for the HWMC Scholarship Fund. • We are the Chartering Organization for Cub Scout Pack 1292 & Boy Scout Troop 1292 • Members volunteer at Gleaners Food Bank packing food for those in need • HWMC Scholarship Fund presents scholarships annually to High School seniors and college and trade school students from Huntington Woods. • Members contribute their time and effort for the city’s annual Clean Up the Parks Day • Members are clowns in the 4th of July Parade to hand out candy to the kids

Purpose: The purpose of the Huntington Woods Men’s Club Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarship grants to individuals living in the City of Huntington Woods, and be a graduating senior from high school, or a student attending colleges or universities as undergraduate or graduate students, or a recognized trade school.
