# Public Land Access - Problem Identification Form (For Office Use Only)

This form is a tool for sportsmen and landowners to report conflicts over access to state and federal lands. Problems like inadvertent trespass resulting from inadequate boundary marking, improperly posted or mismarked lands, or other conflicts that arise related to public land access should be reported to the appropriate land management agency. In the event of these or other access conflicts, you should fill out this form and provide it to the appropriate regional or local area office of the state or federal land management agency that oversees the property (see back of form). Remember, not all public lands are legally accessible. Public lands may only be accessed via a public right-of-way or with permission from the adjacent landowner. If you are unsure if public lands are legally accessible, contact the nearest agency office listed on the back of this page.
