Purpose: Purchase of real property and a garage or a parking lot next to the property Loan amount: up to EUR 250,000.00 (countervalue in Croatian kuna (hereinafter: HRK) applying the middle exchange rate of Croatian National Bank) Loan repayment plan: loan terms of 3 to 20 years Fee: 1.200,00 HRK Client status: not required. Open and active domestic (HRK) and foreign currency transaction accounts at the Bank are required. EFFECTIVE MONTHLY ANNUITY IN TOTAL SUM (EUR) PAYABLE INTEREST RATE INTEREST EUR BY THE CLIENT RATE*** 12M EURIBOR* + 6.20 p.p.** = 7.00% 760.84 182,759.47 6.758% * Twelve-month (12M) EURIBOR rate is 0,558 on 1 st January 2014. Value of the twelve-month EURIBOR rate is formed in accordance with the Loan Agreement on an annual basis, by applying the rate published on REUTER's page two working days prior to the beginning of each interest period. **p.p. - percentage point ***Effective interest rate, annuity amount and the total sum payable by the Client have been calculated under specified conditions, loan amount EUR 100,000.00, loan repayment plan of 240 months, fee 1,200.00 HRK, on 1st January 2014. The effective interest rate can vary depending on the combination of loan security instruments. Loan security instruments required LOAN AMOUNT IN EUR LOAN SECURITY INSTRUMENTS - Bill of exchange From 15,000.00 up to 250,000.00 - Statement pursuant to the Article 214 of the Seizure Act (regular promissory note) certified by a notary public - mortgage 1:1 and cash deposit at the Bank Loans are granted with the currency clause in EUR and paid out by applying the middle exchange rate of Croatian National Bank. Monthly instalments shall be paid in HRK according to the middle exchange rate of Croatian National Bank for EUR on the day of payment. Required loan security instruments for the borrower, sureties and guarantors Interest rate on cash deposit that serves as the loan security instrument is 0.05%. The Bank reserves the right to request additional loan security instruments in its sole discretion. Appendix – Informative leaflet – Loans with EURIBOR The leaflet serves for informative purposes and is valid from 1 st January 2014. Tax number: HR23057039320 www.erstebank.hr HOUSING LOAN FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS AND Page 2 of 2 CROATIAN NATIONALS WORKING ABROAD Info telefon: 0800 7890 Loan documentation − photocopies of ID cards or passport with registered residence on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, i.e. passport for non- residents and ID cards for European Union residents − Tax number (OIB) certificate issued from Tax Administration − Completed Loan Application form for all loan participants whose credit standing has been assessed. − A signed Statement for processing of personal data − A signed Statement approving collection and processing data from HROK’s credit report for all loan participants whose credit standing has been assessed − Original last three payroll or pension slips (or a certified copy) − Employer’s confirmation regarding the employment status and monthly income of the loan applicant If a loan applicant is retired and receiving a foreign pension, they should also deliver: The decision on pension Additional documentation − Original excerpt from the land registry, not older than 30 days from the date of issue − Property value assessment, unless it is a newly constructed property − Insurance policy for mortgaged property vinculated in favour of the Bank Residential Homebuyers should provide a Sales Contract notarised by a public notary. For loan participants whose credit standing is being assessed, the maximum age at the moment of the final loan repayment deadline is set at 70 years. The Bank is not obligated to present the grounds for its Decisions regarding a particular application.
