Combined with our sound fundamentals and sales and operating efficiency, these acceleration drivers give us confidence in our ability to roll out our development plan for 2018-2019. This 7,000 m² office complex is made up of three buildings: offices, the LDLC School and the dome-shaped hub. With its green spaces, the Campus was designed to foster cooperation, and offers social areas such as the gym, pétanque (bowls) strip, the amphitheatre, and the industrial style canteen, where after-work drinks are held every Thursday evening. For in this agreement on international commitments, the territories have a major role to play. This progress report allows us to show how action by territories helps develop operational responses to international problems. What is our assessment today following the implementation of our Climate and Energy Plan in 2012? Firstly, the enormous commitment of everyone involved: 11 new partners © Philippe Somnolet have just joined us, bringing our number to 84. A gratifying development! Then, results: an 11% reduction in greenhouse gases since 2000, a trend to which we have contributed by rolling out the 26 actions of our Climate Plan. These results are encouraging. But we must persevere in our efforts to honour our commitment of a 20% reduction in emissions by 2020. By continuing to implement the actions planned. And by also adding new ones. In the field of business, the Lyon éco-énergie system supports VSE’s and SME’s in their energy management. With regard to housing, the priority is the eco-renovation of existing homes, with the launch of a platform to support households with their projects. Finally, the Métropole has produced an energy planning tool, the “Energy Master Plan”. Despite worldwide efforts, a rise in the average temperature seems unavoidable. Cette variation s'explique par les nombreux signalements d'odeurs enregistrés sur les communes de Caluire et Cuire, Collonges au Mont d'Or et Vaulx en Velin bien moins touchées l'année précédente. 2) Territoire concerné Ensemble des communes du Grand Lyon. 3) Signalements reçus sur le site Respiralyon en 2011 En 2011, Respiralyon a enregistré 560 signalements d'odeurs répartis sur plusieurs communes de l'agglomération Lyonnaise. Cependant, plus de la moitié des signalements ont été enregistrés sur les 3 communes de Vaulx en Velin, Collonges au Mont d'Or et Caluire. Nombre de signalements par commune en 2011 En 2010, 207 signalements avaient été recensés. Ces signalements avaient été enregistrés à plus de 50% sur les 4 communes de Vénissieux, Lyon 7, Lyon 3 et Lyon 8. En 2011, 275 personnes ont enregistrés 560 signalements alors qu'en 2010, 123 personnes avaient enregistré 207 signalements. 1 De nombreux signalements ont été enregistrés aux mois de juin, septembre et octobre. Nombre de signalements par commune en 2010 Comparaison des années 2010 et 2011 2 Globalement le nombre signalements augmente sur la majorité des communes du Grand Lyon. Seule la commune de Lyon 8 fait partie des 4 communes les plus touchées sur les deux années. De 2010 à 2011, le nombre de signalement a augmenté sur la commune de Vaux en Velin, passant de 3 à 123.
